Do your taste buds a favor and get your mouth around one of their exquisitely hand crafted sandwiches made with great BBQ meats, freshly made toppings, and bread heated to perfection. This place is a TOTAL SLEEPER of a lunch spot. I have not had a sandwich anywhere that compares to their consistent quality, across the board awesome flavor. Lunch is refreshing. They also have a nice selection of wine, beer, meats, specialty sausages, and bacon. The staff is consistent and efficient and kind. JUST GO!

Brisket done properly w delicious bark. Sides of Mac n cheese and potato salad are some of the best I’ve ever had. Pickles are also delicious, lemonade was refreshing and the padded seats were a nice bonus.

This is my favorite meat market… I’m not giving it a 5 because it’s seems I can only ever go there on weekends when I’m off due to them closing at 5pm… at least give the people that work 9-5 jobs a chance to cook a nice steak during the week :/ had to take my business to coopers and pay twice the amount (angry face)

I came for a whole chicken and couldn’t resist the bacon. But, who can resist bacon??? Nice cuts of meat reside here and are reasonably priced. I recommend going with a full grocery list and make sure you have room in the refrigerator. Also, be sure to order the wonderful and great tasting holiday dinners. Definite way to save you from sweating in the kitchen and gives you more time with family and friends.

So the Smoke Shack!!!!! Yessssss Babyeeeee. Food was delish. I had the 3 meat BBQ plate (Sausage, Ribs and Brisket). Let me tell you. That Brisket was touched my God himself and the rib smoked to perfection. The sausage stuck to my side during the cold today and warmed me up just right. I liked the Mac and cheese but wasn’t the biggest fan of the vinegar slaw. Yes the slaw was crispy but when I hear the word vinegar I’m expecting my cheekss to pucker up some when I eat them. The feta brought a nice balance lack of vinegar and some of the overpowering of the pepper. It was still good and I ate all of my slaw but would have liked it to be a little bit more vinegary ( if that’s the word). Over all I loved it and def recommend that you try it!!!!!!!!

My wife ordered us smoked turkey Brie sandwiches while I loaded up on prime meat and Wagyu. The staff was very knowledgeable and even did custom center cuts for me. I tip the butch, because he went above and beyond. I’m beyond impressed! If your looking for a variety of high grade meat check this place out!
