Smoke is a marriage of Texas and American BBQ with a Chefs Point of View. Based on classic Texas BBQ with amazing meats, great supportive sauces & vegetables/starches that stand on their own. Texas Barbecue has been altered from its humble beginning to a culinary enchantment that it now claims worldwide recognition. However, the best thing about Texas BBQ is that the work is unfinished. Our goal is to create a dining experience so memorable that our guests cannot wait to come back.

It’s a good place to eat! I just wish there was more food for the price. The dishes were tasty, especially the beans and Mac and cheese. The staff was super friendly too. Give it a try!

Really good brisket! BBQ sauce was a very tasty compliment to the meal. Yes, the prices are above average, but the taste and the atmosphere make up the difference.

Our first night in town and a great way to start it off! Chopped brisket was sooo good! I enjoyed it on a sandwich as well as a taco and loved them both. Also recommend the Mac and cheese as well as the creamed corn.

We walked here from the rockbox around 4pm on a Thursday and walked right passed the entrance because it says skylinebar oops There was one other table (that wasn’t employees) here and plenty of seats in the shade as well as misters, TVs, a whole vibe at night I’m sure. The staff was friendly and welcoming when we entered THE MEAT HALL

I loved this place. We had such a great time seeing Jay Perez. We had front row seats, and it was so much fun! We will definitely be doing it again for another concert.

Upon arriving, you show your ID, must be 18 and older. The food was delicious. The line moved rather quickly. It’s outside seating, there are plenty of picnic tables surrounded by large screen TVs and music playing. I went on a Saturday night, and it was a variety of music playing.

All you can eat Sunday brunch is awesome lots of food and can add on quarter pound of meat 6$. Special for military is even better. Waffles, beans, chicken and potato salad is smoking. Gracie R. and staff very polite and professional, they recommended frozen drinks liked them very much. Stop by.

$28 for that food and I got 2 measly slices of turkey and a handful of brisket. Not a lot of meat and the turkey was dry! The place wasn’t awful but you pay authentic bbq prices for a small amount of bar food, which is my main issue. Margarita also wasn’t up to par, it was like drinking a slushy with no alcohol effect. If you’re a tourist looking for good barbecue/ brisket in San Antonio, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. This is more of a place to drink at the bar and not eat quality food.
