Being a military family, we’ve traveled all over the globe. Being away from our close friends and family have always been the most difficult. Holidays were extremely hard, in particular Thanksgiving and Christmas. We have always hosted Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners in our home. Soldiers in our unit were welcomed to join us. We learned that by hosting these dinners, our food brought comfort to the hearts of those that were unable to travel home to see family. Every dinner was made out of love. To see those smiling faces and to know that our meals were prepared “like Mama used to make” truly melted our hearts. We want to share our passion of food with everyone in hopes that our food can bring that same comfort to our customers.

The owners, Amy & Jonas are very kind. They come out and welcome every customer that walks in. If you love BBQ, this place is a must have! They even have egg rolls and desserts of the day.(my favorite is the banana pudding) My recommendation is to check out their facebook page before heading over. As they get more popular, they get booked for private events here & there, causing their location to be closed for the day. I love that they used to serve out of their food truck and have finally been able to open a sit down location! My favorite part about summer is finding their food truck at local events. They are open at their location twice a week now, which I love!

This is bar far the best bbq place around. Probably the best barbecue I’ve ever had. The pork belly is amazing, the pulled pork is to die for, the tri tip is delicious. The sides are amazing, I have not had one bad thing from this place. The banana pudding is indescribably fantastic. The owners and staff are the nicest, friendliest people. They gave us each a banana pudding for free just out of kindness. 10/10 would recommend this place!

I’ve come here a fair few times now and absolutely amazing. The owners and staff are so friendly and fun. I enjoy my time every time I’m here. They have outstanding food, the best bbq I’ve ever had. I always get the pulled pork and it’s so juicy and tasty. I also get the Mac n cheese and baked beans. The Mac and cheese is so creamy and cheesy and the baked beans are honestly the best I’ve ever had. They are spicy and just amazing. Don’t get me started on the banana pudding because wow I’ve never tasted something so strong with banana flavor and soft and it’s perfect. I 100% recommended coming here and promise you won’t regret it!!

When we lived in Menomonee Falls this was our favorite dinner treat. When we decided to have a small backyard wedding we knew exactly who we wanted for the food, we didn’t even contact anyone else for catering, it had to be Smoked! They were always very responsive with emails answering my many questions and helping us through the process. On the day of they were right on time for when they said they would get here, the food was beyond perfect, and lots of our guests said they not only loved the food but really enjoyed talking and visiting with the whole Smoked crew! We are so happy we went with them and look forward to many more meals with them.

Stay with me, it gets good! The shop popped up on a random ‘BBQ near me search’ about two weeks ago. Kept them in mind and looked them up again this week. Saw that they were opened on Saturdays and decided to drive by in my way to the store and they were opened (Wednesdays and Saturdays 11-7). Proceeded to the store and upon walking out, you could smell the smoker from there!

My son wanted to stop here and I am so glad we did. I think they have the best Mac N Cheese that I ever had! The decor is very tasteful, and the hospitality is unmatched! I commented on how much that I liked a plant in the restaurant and the owner gave me 2 clippings. It was nice to go somewhere that did not feel corporate, but very personal and welcoming with very good food. We plan to come back!
