My favorite is the fried Calamari. It was fresh and had a light, crispy coating. The octopus salad is tangy and very tasty. I love the barbecued meats and the sauce is awesome. A nice variety of side dishes that go well with all of the entrees. Love the almond halva, can’t wait to go back for more!

This restaurant was fabulous. Great decor and friendly staff. The food was fantastic. Brisket and Mac and cheese is worth the trip alone. Also make sure you get corn bread slightly sweet and great texture. I would suggest anyone in the area, go here. If your not in the area figure out the route to go here. 10/10!

Definitely will never attend this place again. Doesn’t even have an aroma of smoked food once you enter the place. There were three people in are party and only two other guest in the establishment. I do respect that the manager/owner refunded our money because none of us ate more than a bite of what was served, except for the calamari. That’s why I gave them one star. He first told us the meat was smoked fresh, then a few minutes later admitted it was smoked a day or so ago. He then proceeded to stick his finger in my coworkers plate and claimed the water was a light juice from the meat. I’m sorry but no way in hell this bbq compares to how we smoke in Texas. Even the bread they serve is undesirable. We visited in October of 2014. Now I see why they don’t open until 4p.m.

This restaurant is without a doubt a hidden jewel, great ambiance the food is outstanding we were a party of eight so we tried almost every side dish and could find one I didn’t like, but most I loved, the musts are ribs, brisket, the cornbread, green beans and Greek potatoes are great and for starters try the octopus. And to finish it all off the orange cake and some coffee!!! Great place I’m telling everyone I know about it.

Great place! The brisket and rib tips are my favorite of the meats, and the Greek mac and cheese is the stuff cravings are made of. Other favs so far: kritharoto pasta dish, really fantastic kalamari and that awesome octopus salad. I’m really liking the BBQ meats with the Greek sides and starters – unexpectedly good combo of flavors. Can’t wait to go back!

LOVED the pulled pork and the very tender ribs. Service was very attentive. Only 5 miles/10 minutes from O’Hare so a nice option for before or after an airport pick up or drop off. I believe that if you make reservations a day ahead of time and request Honey Puffs for desert, they can make them especially for you. I will do this next time.

The food was pretty good, it wasn’t as over priced as other reviews had said. The sauce was good and the bbq was above average. Went in on a Friday night around 9PM and we were the only people in there. Hopefully they do enough to keep open, I would come back every once and a while.
