Food was absolutely fantastic. I’m super weird about fat and tendons in meat and this meat was perfection. We are a family of 4 and ordered 2 chicken dinners, a pulled pork sandwich and additional pulled pork and every last bite disappeared. The chicken was so Smokey Good and then sauce was the perfect amount of zip and tang that I just love. 10 stars! Delicious food and the person working the shop was extremely kind, friendly and personable. If we are ever back in the area we will come here. Thank you so much!

Only negative thing i can say is there is no dining area. This place is worth sitting in your car and eating! The staff is super polite, and the pulled pork is AMAZING. I recomend the spicy bbq sauce. 1st trip there today, it will be the 1st of many. So good

VMS accounts
We called in a big order to go for everyone that works at VMS. Smoked Up Sauced had quick service and great food! Everyone was happy with their meals. We all had the pulled pork bbq and brisket sandwiches. The meat so was tender and flavorful. All of our sides were great! Baked beans, mac n cheese, and potato salad. We will be back! 🙂

Don’t miss it. I had the brisket nachos. As it should be the brisket was the star of the dish. I was expecting chopped brisket slices but was surprised with generous chunks of this delicious and tender beef. The meat pulled apart easily from the pieces to big for one chip. I ordered two sauces on mine. The vinegar hot sauce and the mustard based gold. They were both delicious. However I think I overpowered the dish. Should have taken them on the side. The brisket was delicious.

This place seems to be closed down for good. I’ve never seen anyone there or seen any advertising or even an open door. Looks so uninviting. Stopped by there and there was a hand written note on the door saying they’re closed. Another unreliable BBQ joint in Charleston, WV.
