I just got into town for the week for business. I didn’t want fast food, did a search to find something near my hotel. This placed popped up, had one bad review and several very good reviews. Was willing to give the place a chance. Wish I didn’t go here at all

That was hands down one of the BEST burgers I’ve had and it was HUGE!! I got the cowboy burger combo with sweet potato fries on a Monday so it didn’t break the bank. I would highly recommend going Monday to get this special because it was just that good!!!

To say that our visit to smokehouse BBQ and burgers in Orem was disappointing is an understatement. On our outing we let our son choose our eatery for lunch, we are all fans of BBQ, and always looking for the next great place…. this was not it! Upon walking inside, the smell was AMAZING, we were hopeful in that aspect alone! The menu was not huge, but had plenty of options to choose from, to not make it overwhelming. My husband chose the 2 meat platter with mash and fries chicken and brisket, my son the 1 meat with onion rings, fries and chicken. Myself the spring chicken salad with a side of Mac and cheese.

We had the specialty platter that comes with all this meat below! Omg the meat is delicious and there selection of BBQ Sauces are to die for! Try the Dragons Blood BBQ Sauce it was our favorite. I recommend this place for those who are on the hunt for good BBQ places. I will be back.

The staff was friendly and the food is great. They have a long list of sauces. I wish I could try them all. Our food was very tasty and perfectly prepared. I need to drop by here more often.

Seriously not worth $26! The brisket is the size of a toothpick and yellow, the pork is ok but a small portion for the size of a 2 year old. My dead grandma serves more food than this and cost $5!

Great food, decently friendly staff. Sunnyside up egg had some uncooked egg white “snot” but other than that the meat tasted good and the fries were pretty good too.

Super friendly service, which is rare these days. Food was delicious, could have been warmer, but the flavors were very good. The sauces are delicious as well. I had the Alabama BBQ and dragon blood. Ordered the big pig, I expected a bigger burger patty, but the extra meats helped beef it up ha ha. My son got the the bacon cheese, definitely should be a bigger burger for the price. Definitely will be back to try other items.

Tonight’s dinner is a Smokehouse BBQ and Burgers. Went there with my friend and roommate Keane and we wanted to try a new place. I got the 2 meat plate with 2 sides. I was surprised that there was no extra charge like most places would have down for the 2 meats that I chose. I got the ribs and the brisket with mash potatoes and cornbread as my sides. The ribs were way over smoked that they were like jerky. The brisket was tender but was very bland. Makes sense why they had a full page of sauces you could to dip your meat into. The cornbread was really dry, but at least the butter was fluffy and a little sweet. Well, the sauces I tried were a disappointing. The Strawberry Chipotle sauce had no strawberry taste, but more of a smokey thousand island dressing. Dragons Blood sauce said it was a jalapeno base. It literally tasted like the Heinz jalapeno ketchup. Alabama sauce was decent. It reminded me of a Texas style potato salad. Honey mustard didn’t have any honey taste and just tasted like a brown mustard. The last joke of a sauce was the Oh My Heck sauce that was supposed to be extremely spicy. As my friend Keane said tonight the sauce was just an Eh! He doesn’t eat as spicy as I do and he barely felt anything from this sauce. Also, my friend Keane wanted some wet wipes since he also ordered some of their ribs. Ribs get messy and sometimes tissues just aren’t enough. The staff looked everywhere and couldn’t find any. Oh well, but then they appeared with a stack of what looked like wet wipes. Not reading it he opened one up and the wipe didn’t open up. Then we looked at the packet and it was an alcohol wipe for thermometer tips. What?!?!? Wow! Anyways, I might give this place another try in a couple months, but I hope there is some improvement.
