THEE BEST BBQ Augusta has! I love their sauces and the pulled chicken sandwich. Ribs are amazing too! All the sides are straight from your grandma kitchen and the owner is so nice. He remembers faces. Definitely give them a try if you see them out and about!

BEST BBQ IN AUGUSTA, We had the privilege of stopping by today and enjoying great smoked ribs and pulled pork sandwich. Both had a fantastic smoky flavor and the ribs didn’t fall off the bone. They had a great bite and left me wanting more. Sides of Mac & Cheese, Hash and Rice were amazing sides.

I recently visited this BBQ food truck and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed! The flavors were incredible, and the portions were generous. But let me tell you, their mac and cheese is out of this world. It was the perfect balance of creamy and cheesy, with a hint of spice that made every bite simply amazing.

We stopped at Riverwatch brewery today and were pleased to see the Smokeshow BBQ. Truck. The GOAT sandwich was AMAZING!!!. Everything from the meat, to the slaw and bbq beans were fantastic . Not to mention the chef was great guy as well. We are traveling. But if we were local this would be a go to destination for us

Hands down the best BBQ I’ve had in Augusta. I got a pulled pork sandwich today at the Evans Safety festival and everything from the service, to the pork, to the sides was immaculate.

I, like someone else who reviewed, have seen their trucks since I moved to Columbia county a few years ago but was never brave enough to stop. Thanks to the VA doing “food truck fridays” for employees I was able to try their food about a month ago. I’ve been hooked since. I’ve tried the ribs, pulled pork sandwich, hash with rice, and mac & cheese. All have been great, my go to now has been the pulled pork sandwich and the mac. I dont eat much at one time but I dont like a lot of meat at one time so the sandwich gets cut in half and feeds me for 2 days. Same with the mac, very cheesy and well seasoned. I only do half of that at a time too cause of the richness. Hash is new to me. Where I’m from we have Brunswick stew as a BBQ side and there’s a similar flavor profile with the hash minus veggies. I liked it all!

Absolutely AMAZING!!! I’ve been twice to the food truck on campus (Augusta university) and the food truck that is at the old BP. Every time I go the food is always amazing. Last time I got the potato salad, baked beans, mac and cheese, and ribs. I got a half rack and for the sides, I got them in the pint size. My total was about $42. So it is on the higher side but I think it was worth it. It lasted me about two days. I don’t have a picture but next time I go I will add some. Overall I highly recommend it.

I ordered the tacos-one chicken, one pork. They came with only meat, with a relish and spicy sauce on the side. I cant have spicy, so just the relish and meat for me. The chicken taco was good, but the pork was bland. There was no flavor except the relish. I was disappointed, but will give smokeshow another chance by trying something else.
