We have had the ribs and the pulled pork in the past and have been impressed with both. Tonight, we tried the brisket for the first time and it was amazing! Perfect cap, plenty of delicious fat and easily pulled apart. The only bummer is that they aren’t open 7 days a week and that you need to order ahead of time. I’m guessing this is so they smoke the right amount of meat each day and nothing gets “old”.

I didn’t think I could find good BBQ in Minnesota, but the place definitely hits the spot! I’ve been here twice and had the brisket both times. The first time, the cook was amazing! Melt in your mouth tender, but didn’t seem seasoned at all. We’re on a low salt diet normally, so for us to say it was missing salt, it was definitely missing salt and seasoning. However, the cook was good enough to make me want to try them again.

Amazing little to go stand! After coming back to MN after living in TX for a few years I have missed good bbq. Decided to give this place a shot and it didn’t disappoint. We got the ribs, pulled, and brisket- and everything was amazing. Customer service was top notch as well.

I’m a vegetarian so they didn’t really have many options for me besides plain Mac & cheese. Unfortunately they were out when I went to order, but they ended up finding a little bit left and ran some out to me at my table and refused to take payment. The folks running this truck are the nicest people, and their Mac & cheese is delicious too!
