Not sure why they have smoke stacks out back. Must be all show. Zero bark, zero smoke ring. Boring no seasoning or rub. Pork and ribs were the same way. Better off doing it yourself. Not sure why they are considered professional.

My colleagues and I went out to have a birthday lunch and it was a great choice. 6 of us went at lunch time. The service was great and timely, our server was spectacular and funny. The environment was clean, organized and serene. We will definitely be there again to have barbecue since Lexington is famous for that.

They have ribs wed and fri so I wanted to try. I dont believe these ribs are pit cooked like the bbq, i feel like they are oven cooked, they are however fall apart tender. This place was packed every table lunch time! Mac and Cheese and baked beans better than they looked found a whole piece of bacon in my beans. Not my favorite rib experience compared to other bbq places. Id recommend getting the traditional pork shoulder here instead.

Fantastic restaurant. Great food, service and atmosphere. Wednesday’s is baby back ribs. Those ribs were good cooked to protection. They were falling off the bone. The sauce was to die for. Great selection of sides. It’s a definite go to. I’ll be back soon.

In town for work and first time visiting here. Got a chopped bbq sandwich, fries, and a sweet tea to go. Service was fast and friendly. The sandwich was excellent! Fries were the big crinkle cut style and were hot and fresh, but would’ve been better if they salted them.

Our waitress took our order within minutes of sitting down at our table and the food we ordered was sitting in front of us in less than 10 minutes. The food is fantastic while the establishment itself is very nostalgic and inviting.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews BUT! I got a chopped bbq sandwich and it had no flavor. Sauce was so watery my bottom bun was soggy. No Smokey flavor, zero bbq flavor just bland pork. By far the worst meal I’ve had at a restaurant and we eat out a lot.

Folks with Diabetes remember you can get the BBQ items just ASK FOR DIP ON THE SIDE – NOT ON YOUR BBQ ITEMS..
