I have been on a hunt for a good spud, loaded with chopped brisket….. this spud was pretty good. I would’ve loved to have white onions and sliced jalapeños on it but that’s just my preference. All in all I would eat here again however I probably would just need to add a little bit of salt and pepper next time. The two ladies working August 5 at 3:40 PM were very friendly, smiling, and helpful. Last but not least the banana pudding was DELICIOUS!!!!!

As I was there tonight at about 5 or 6pm Thursday June 1, 2023 I got a giant BIG MO of a chopped brisket sandwich, and a whole pint of potato salad. Now it’s not just tonight – I have been coming to this location in Georgetown for about a year, and the woman name Kelly who actually knows me, and she knows that I would always get the same thing. Also I have been getting really good excellent customer service – I haven’t tried for any other food, but it’s good to know that there is different other options on the menu. I will show you guys what a BIG MO chopped brisket looks like. If you look at the photo you’ll see what a big mo looks like, it’s pretty gigantic. Sorry if the photo isn’t enough brightness. So 5 stars to the whole team of Smokey Mo’s.

As usual, Smokey Mo’s has gone above and beyond. I’ve had an especially stressful week, and I’m sure it was unfortunately clear even though I tried to keep a friendly happy face. The staff/manager/closers made sure to package my food up perfectly. My family has all left and I’m getting my first plate as I write this. My family enjoyed the special touches that they added and my family went back for seconds! Our toddlers went to town on the ribs and the Mac! Thank you both so much for taking care of me this evening. It made my entire evening.

I’ve been enjoying great bbq from different Smokey Mo’s locations for many years. But just recently did I discover their fantastic breakfast offerings. Next time you’re looking for some fresh, hot, loaded breakfast tacos or a bowl of eggs with any fixings you like stop at the closest Smokey Mo’s. They can satisfy your bbq and breakfast taco craves.

My wife and I stopped by on a Sunday for lunch. We both had the pork rib plate, mine with green beans and coleslaw, hers with pinto beans and buttered potatoes. The ribs were very tender, Smokey and savory, and a reasonable portion. All the sides were quite tasty, as well. The restaurant is clean and very low key. The total cost of our two plates plus a small iced tea was $32. Overall, we were both pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food.

2nd time we have been there for carryout. Both times we did not get sides. Ordered 2 chopped beef sandwiches, got 1 chopped beef, 1 sliced beef. Also extremely salty…could not eat.

If you order your food to go, check it before you leave. I ordered brisket and ribs. The ribs were pretty good but most the brisket was old, tough and dry.
