We bought the Three meat plate that came with three sides. The meat on the ribs fell right off the bone. The green chile sausage was delicious and the Brisket was succulent. Everything drizzled in their house made BBQ sauce made the taste buds more than satisfied (definitely getting double sauce next time). A great portion of meat and delectable sides for a reasonable price! Very excited to have a GREAT barbecue place close to home instead of having to drive to Santa Fe. Can’t wait to try the whole menu!

OMG bless this man for bringing Texas style BBQ here I’m from Texas so I know great bbq when I see and taste it and his sliced moist brisket and burnt ends would rate as good even better then the big boys in Texas but it’s the price that’s the icing … he hasn’t been open long but I promise he’ll have lines out to his parking soon. … just check out my other reviews on bbq I’ve been around…

FINALLY!!! This BBQ is awesome.. I hope our locals can support this business. We needed something different than Enchiladas and Tacos.. Top notch BBQ.. A true Texas BBQ right here in our backyard. Brisket was tender and juicy .. I loved the spicy BBQ home made sauce too. I had the side coleslaw and it was very good.

Native Texan gives this spot 2 thumbs up. Super delicious, the real deal, you’re missing out if you haven’t tried it. Awesome staff, and the owner even hand delivered (to our home) an item that didn’t make it into our to order. Fantastic BBQ met with even better customer service!

Stopped by yesterday, owner was extremely nice. Brisket was delicious, pulled pork was also delicious. Glad to know we now have some decent choices in our community. Will definitely be back! If you’re commuting to/from Los Alamos and looking for dinner I recommend you stopping by. I must say it’s better than what Bobs bodacious was and better than Rudy’s !

The Sliced brisket is top notch!! Loved the potato salad! My husband and daughter had the ribs and said it’s one of the best ribs they have had in long time!! Nothing fancy on the building so don’t let that fool ya!! It’s clean inside and food was great! It’s more of a take out of food or picnic outside on the tables!!
