We did a group meetup after visiting the museum on the corner. When I was scouting the neighborhood as the group’s organizer .. I noticed firemen going into the establishment from across the street. Well, the food must be good. Great service. Servers were attentive and prompt. Drinks came out. Refills were done timely. Separate checks were split amongst 14 diners. 15% automatically. My fish was good. Two- piece. Oddly, the top piece tasted fisher than the bottom. The bottom tasted fishy. Yuk. I did get the impossible burger to go and eat it for breakfast. That was better than the fish. Potato salad is awesome. Baked beans and dirty rice are awesome. Really wanted the macaroni salad ., sold out.. I would go back. No vegetable plate. Ea side sold separately. Hopefully, they will reconsider this.

Such an amazing atmosphere! The food doesn’t compare to no other barbecue out there. Phenomenal service from our server Indy! Coming from someone who eats barbecue often, this was by far the best! 10/10 recommend.

Ordered the sampler, which gives you a generous taste of all their BBQ specialties. It’s large enough to share. Brisket, pulled pork, chicken and baked beans were great, and their sauce is just magical!

Great BBQ spot with friendly staff, amazing food, and strong drinks. Also serves a sizeable good portion of food. Atmosphere is cool with a sports bar type of feel. Ribs and chicken are juicy and on-point, and you will definitely need the roll of paper towels they leave at your table, lol.

Cool environment. Very close to the Mercedes-Benz Stadium. They were close to closing but conducted excellent service. It’s owned by Cam Newton and his brother. Food was DELICIOUS!

Excellent food! The buffalo burger and fried pickles were stellar and the food comes out HOT. Friendly staff and bartenders. Young lady named Dee was very attentive to making sure my water stayed full. Will definitely be back.

The flavors were definitely there, but I’m sad to say that most of our meats were overcooked or dry. If I could have the ribs again, but juicier, I’d be a loyal customer. Might give it another shot just because the seasoning was delicious!

FOOD WAS ON POINT!!!! The macaroni and cheese and baked beans had its own authentic taste! The ribs were so tender and the sauce was awesome! Our waiter was Indi, and she gave top service!!!! I would highly recommend!!! Oh …. And the DRANKS!!!! Yessss!!!!

I can’t not say anything bad about the Smokey Stallion. It is a nice chill spot for mid day dining. The wings were the small wings (Tiny to some). The Ranch Wings were great. One set of wings didn’t get any seasoning on them all, but our other wings had enough sauce to coat them to finish our meal. Great fries and fried pickles. The ambiance is amazing. Parking is limited, so be mindful on certain nights. The waitresses are great. Attentive with great attitudes. I had to give a great tip. She kept our drinks coming. Definitely a 4 out of 5 Stars. Worth a return trip!

Food is delicious and the service is great! This is going to be my new BBQ spot. I highly recommend coming and will be back. Everything I got was really good: The smoked Turkey leg, greens, dirty rice, and loaded nachos. They also had a live DJ (I went on a late Saturday afternoon) and he was playing great music to match the vibe.
