Great food and very friendly people. We stopped by here the other day (after smelling the smoker multiple times from the road) and were not disappointed. We ordered 1/2lb brisket and 1/2lb pulled pork to take home. The pulled pork was on point and very tender and the brisket was to die for!! We will definitely need to make this a regular lunch stop. They take credit cards too!

Super tasty BBQ- Melt in your mouth Brisket, Burnt Ends were on point- and their pig was soooo tasty!! Perfect, basic seasoning- no sauce required, but their sauce was excellent if you wanted more!! Go early, they sell out fast- like fast!!!!!!

My family moved to Colorado from Florida 3 years ago, in all that time we have searched high and low for good barbeque brisket like we were used too. Today I made the smart choice to try Smokey Trail BBQ on Singing Hills, a no frill place with the best brisket aND baked beans I have finally found. Great job Tim, can’t wait to try every thing else.
