Good Texas style BBQ. Great house made sauces. We stopped in based on the other reviews and were not disappointed. The corn bread is very traditional and didn’t overpower the meat or sauce flavors. The baked beans were good, and the potato salad was not too sweet like other BBQ places. The beef brisket was tender and smoked well.

Best baked beans I’ve ever had! Nothing average about this BBQ. They even provide some unique sauce choices. There was this pineapple BBQ that was just so good. Plus the service is incredible. Such loving people… They even have a soup bowl thing to help out the homeless population in a Ellensburg. So much more than just BBQ to this place.

This place was awesome, from Texas and we know bbq. We tried the brisket, pulled pork, ribs, pork tips, beans, cowboy caviar.. We tried and tried. This food was amazing and smokey the owner was great. Totally recommend this place
