BILLY’S just a chill dude with a food truck with some big asss smokers. I was skeptical, But man this dude can COOK. he embodies kc bbq, great taste, fair prices, no pretensesness. Just great food. Paid $19 for a lb of brisket. More then happy, will be back!

Ribs were above and beyond. Brisket top notch. Sauce perfect. Food was delicious and high quality. Don’t be surprised if you see this guy on a episode of “Diners and Dives” It was that good and better. Oh and the smoked sausage, really good smoke, nice texture not too course but not too fine. This is one of the top hidden gems in the country!! I can say that I’ve had BBQ in TX, LA, MS, NC, SC,FL,AL This is equal to and above 12 Bones in Asheville NC! So this is a food truck. I am a small business owner myself so I def have to give my constructive criticism but it’s all love. To be exact, I got a two meat combo sandwich with turkey and burnt ends along with two sides: potato salad & smoked beans. Came with a big portion of both meats, I loved that. Meats were moist and great to the taste even before I added the bbq sauce on it. That was great as well but the two sides I got were ok but definitely could of been waaaay better. Also very sad I couldn’t get a smoked sausage link but I will be back for the meats for sure !!!!

This was one of the best brisket sandwiches I’ve ever had. The meat was lean and juicy. I had him put cheese on it too. That was a good call too. I eat bbq quite often and this has become a new favorite

Found this via Google maps, looking for BBQ and checking ratings. Their high ratings are deserved. I ordered a brisket sandwich and a side of beans. After paying, he came out and said sorry he left all his sandwich buns at home, would I like a refund. I said no, that’s fine, just give me a small taste of your cole slaw, then. He gave me a full serving of cole slaw which was unnecessary as a sub for a bun, but it was great cole slaw, very flavorful beans, and the huge amount of brisket was so tender and delicious.

Some of the best BBQ I’ve had in awhile. Large beef sandwich was fantastic, juicy but not greasy, generously proportioned. Easily two meals out of that. Pulled pork was also very good. The beans with sausage were a standout side and the fries actually tasted like potatoes. Gentleman who owns the truck was very friendly and prepared everything quickly despite I assume working alone. Highly recommend!

The burnt ends were a little sweet for my taste but it was moist, delicious and plentiful. LOVED the sauce, a little heat and tart, just how I like it, coleslaw was pretty good too. Really great price in these days of inflation. Definitely will grab a burger next time I stop by.
