This is for the food truck. I ordered the 3 meat plate lunch today including poke for $3 more. You have quite a variety to choose from. I had the chicken katsu (crispy outside, not dry inside), kalua (very tender & mild flavor as kalua should be) and the poke was 1949 (very fresh, robust fish with not shy seasoning). All yummy with great flavors. The crispiness of the katsu off-set the softness of kalua, mac salad, rice and poke. It was a lovely day sitting outside at the truck. Had a nice conversation with Chris, the owner, who obviously loves making people happy.

Awesome poke truck/stand with picnic tables and a groovy industrial and downtown view. Three of us split 3 “small” pokes and loved each one!

Really enjoyed the poke here! The portions were really big and was well worth the $$. The amount of fish they give you is a lot more than any other poke place. Both the Honolulu and 1949 were delicious! I wasn’t a fan of the wings, they were too salty. I would still recommend this place to others! Definitely want to come back and try the lunch plates!

Delicious is an understatement. So good. Attentive service. Beautiful packaging. I have been craving Hawai’ian food for a long time and this takes the cake as they say. Thanks you for a brilliant meal.

Loved everything but not an easy find. Well worth it though. It’s past Tamale Boys and McMenamins tucked into a side street.

I had been craving poke bowl and this hit the spot. I got 1949 bowl and my husband got Seoul bowl. We both got it house style, which came with lots of yummy toppings. The Korean fried chicken was also very good. The service was friendly and food came fast. We enjoyed every single bite!

Cashier was very helpful and patient explaining menu and options, as we were with kids and menu had no photos or child meals. Chicken Katsu and Poke were respectively crispy and fresh. Food was served fast and we enjoyed our meals eating outside.

Smokin Fire Fish is THE Hawaiian restaurant in Portland. It was Hawaii in Portland!! Poke was delicious. Kids got the meat platters and they loved it! Kalua pork was very moist and soft. I liked it much better than the ones from an Luau. And Bulgogi was perfectly marinated for one of our picky eaters.

Poke was decent. Avocado, shrimp tempura musubi, Asian salad and flan was delicious. We had build you own poke bowl with Honolulu, Seoul and Køolina poke. Little too much salt for our taste. The vibe of the place was chill.
