This was an incredible and unexpected experience. Our family moved here 3 years ago, and I wish we had tried this gem sooner. I’ve never had such incredible BBQ before today. Omg, the best bbq ever! We fly into Redding airport and drive just down the rd and this place was highly recommended, at first it looks like a hole in the wall, but best bbq we have found on west coast hands down. If you are ever even close to Redding it’s worth a stop, ribs were perfect meat just fell off the bone, chicken had amazing flavor, tri tip was absolutely perfect, and the pulled pork was not dry at all and the flavor was great.

Not only is the food amazing but the service is exceptional. Portions are generous. Their bbq sauce is one of the best. I always get the smoke stack. I have sampled their brisket and boy was that tasty and tender. Even their soft serve ice cream is deeeelicious. Highly recommend treating yourself to try them if you haven’t already

On my way to work, I will always stop by to get a tri tip and pastrami sandwich and ribs. This time when I get it. It taste very diff. The restaurant looks diffamd staff too. Trip tip meat smells like2 year old meat from the freezer and Hella gamey meat. Would never go back.

Customer service is excellent! They have a drive-thru! The food was amazing! We got a family meal deal for 4. Kids grilled cheese and fries meal (Includes a drink), and an extra side of onions rings. Everything was delicious and the portions were good size.
