The cashier was welcoming and very knowledgeable! Place was kept very clean and the food was fast, fresh, and hot! Location is right off the highway and easy to get it, outside seating was a plus! Would definitely recommend this compared to other pizza places in town

First time order. We really wanted to like this pizza, but only one of the pizzas we ordered was made correctly. My husband ordered a build your own pizza with Italian sausage, bacon, chorizo, jalapeños and pineapple. He didn’t get any meat at all. He did get jalapeños and pineapple, plus onion, bell pepper and olives that he didn’t order. When the order taker repeated our order back to me, it was correct. Something was obviously lost in translation. He was hungry so he ate some of botched pizza when he got home. I would be willing to give Smokin Oak one more chance, but my husband doesn’t feel that way.

Great service, really really friendly and helpful staff. It was our first visit to this restaurant so the staff walked us through the options. We settled on two cauliflower crust pizzas, one was pepperoni, garlic, and bell peppers and the other was their option San Marino. The San Marino was the better of the two by far. I liked the wood fired flavor on the crust but would have liked it to have a bit more.

Nice staff and quick service but the food. The crust is good enough and If you like basic wood fired pizzas then you will enjoy this. Once you start adding toppings things fall apart. Cold pineapple, half a piece of spinach haphazardly thrown on, it’s no good, a dab or two of goat cheese, etc…

Will absolutely never return here. Ordered a chicken Caesar salad and was told that they only put 1.4 ounces of chicken on the salad. Um, what? Look at the photo and tell me whether or not you would be happy with that amount of chicken. If they had been nicer on the phone, it would’ve been different but the person who answered the phone was super rude and we will never return. 3-6 ounces is a normal serving of chicken. 1.4 ounces is a joke and so is their customer service.

I did a pick up order, it was good I was mostly happy! The San Marino sounds good but we got the Italian stallion. The reason I gave it four stars, and this may be a customer error here but it did not click that these were personal size pizzas until after I ordered. I guess there not being sizes listed on the menu should have been a clue but I think it’d be better to be full disclosure and include on your menu hey these are such and such inches, even if there isn’t a larger option, you know? Just better to be informed. It tasted good and was ready fast. Only other thing of note, and I don’t mean it rude just factual… a “knot” in Italian food doesn’t mean a strip of dough with “knots” in it. It’s generally referring to dough that has been “tied” into “a knot”. Like a garlic knot at any other place in the world lol. ‍♀️ anywho I wouldn’t order the knots again. It’s just plain dough strips that you dip into cinnamon frosting more or less. Meh. Room to improve
