This is a Crown Jewel of BBQ. Hard to believe the most tender and juicy BBQ I have ever had in my life came out of this joint. The ribs are Spareribs which are perfectly smoked, juicy and pull off with the slightest tug from your mouth. The Loaded Q-Fries with Mac & Cheese on top was out of this world. The peanut butter pie & banana pudding are insanely good and all homemade. Nothing here is from a previous day and believe me, you can taste the Love, Quality, Freshness and power packed dry rub flavors in every bite. The prices are fantastic, the service is great and the food deserves 10 Stars.

So I went here maybe an hour before they closed. It wasn’t crowded at all. Me and my fiance made put our order in and the young lady with blonde hair and glasses was very nice. They restaurant was very clean. The food was prepared fast and it was Even better once we made it home. Definitely going back.

Awesome food, a great atmosphere, and friendly service make Smokin Oaks a must stop on any Beaufort trip. The barbecue may be the best in town, the portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. The owner was very personable and accommodating. Be sure to check their hours before you arrive as they do close early, and the interior may be crowded if they’re busy since the building is on the small side. Strongly recommend, and will be back on our next trip!

Been wanting to try this place for a while and finally got a chance to. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with mac and cheese and Brunswick stew. I took a bite of both of the sides and instantly knew that the mac and cheese was made from scratch as was the Brunswick stew. My co worker ordered a salad and potato salad. He said that the potato salad was the best one he had ever had. You could taste the wood smoke in the BBQ with each bite and I tried the vinegar based sauce on mine. Delicious. They have good food. A big selection of choices and good specials to chose from. The price is right on point for a barbeque joint. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We were glad that the cashier asked if we had been there before and told us how the ordering system works. The only thing we could say is that we wish the food was cooked with more salt and seasonings. I never ever add salt to my prepared food, but I did this time!

We recently ordered ribs, pulled pork and potato salad for a birthday party of 30 people. It was excellent! Everyone enjoyed the food! (Also, the ribs are BIG!) If you want barbecue catered, call them, or go into their nice, clean restaurant and enjoy their food.

Being from Texas one is always skeptical of eating bbq from another state but this place changed that. Friendly young lady at the counter was so helpful when ordering. The food was OH MY GOD AMAZING!!! The pulled pork was so tender and the ribs just the same and juicy. Potatoe salad was on point along with the bbq fries. If we ever make it back to this place it will not be soon enough
