I recently dined at Smoking Butts Head BBQ and was blown away by the exceptional flavors of their food. Got the brisket sandwich. Flavor was awesome! I could see a little bit of an improvement with the proportion of meat and bread, but I was really happy with it! The fries are awesome and fresh cut. The ranch was homemade and really good. I also got the sweet barbecue sauce and it was definitely one of my favorites. The staff was awesome and friendly when I was waiting for my Togo order. Friendly on the phone and helpful too.

It was very expensive, They had two prices, one for cash and one for debit, the food was all right however if you want a side with your sandwich That’s $5 for appetizers, can beers $4, honestly, not even sure if I could recommend this place, especially due to the fact that it’s high priced. The location is good. It’s on main Street. However I would much rather go to Delaney’s any day than this high priced joint. Thank you. Besides, it’s not fully renovated yet. They are still working on it.

If you love BBQ, Smoking Butt Heads is where it’s at. Sam, Shelby, Dave, and Bill will give you an enjoyable experience. All the food is wonderful but my favorites are the hot link, brisket, and ribs. No wonder these guys are KCBS World Champions. If you like drinks have Shelby or Sam make you one of their signature cocktails. You won’t be disappointed, promise.

I figured I’d try the smoked turkey sandwich for lunch. It was okay, I guess I expected something with more meat on it since this is a bbq joint, but it was pretty disappointing. The actual taste was good, fries were great, the sauces were okay, but you guys need to work on keeping your sauce containers functioning. They were all full, but 3/4 of the containers protested dispensing the sauce that they were storing. Service was good, no complaints there.

Third time eating here and I continue to be highly impressed by the food. Brisket is out of this world. The ribs are great as well. Highly recommend the sweet potato crunch and the cheesy potato casserole. We have had good service every time we have been so far. This most recent time we went the food did take a little longer than the previous times, but it looked like we had come in just after the lunch rush. The only issue I’ve noticed is that there is not always a host there to greet you when you come in. Sometimes you just have to stand there for a minute and look around till someone sees you but no more than a minute or two for us.

If we could give more than 5 stars we surely would! From the moment we were greeted at the hostess stand, to our waitress Michelle, and finally we cannot forget the manager, Bill. It was our first time and Michelle was very helpful and extremely kind and very attentive. Bill is the perfect manager, stopped by our table to make sure we were doing ok and asked how everything was! The brisket is AMAZING and we cannot forget to mention the delicious banana pudding, YUM! We will definitely be back…..Maybe we will see Todd next time!!

Food was amazing, server was amazing, manager was amazing. We had a few issues with dinner but anyone visiting this delicious place needs to keep in mind they’re still fairly new, they’re working out all the kinks, and have patience. Definitely recommend the hot links, being with someone from Oklahoma….was very suprised at how delicious he thought they were! Also recommend the brisket, baked beans, and pulled pork! We’ll definitely be back!
