First time going here we were looking for good brisket for fathers day. That’s what my husband ordered I got ribs. All of the meal was delicious. I love that the owners are very family oriented. They were very sweet.

We really enjoyed this stop. Great food, even better people, everything you want in a “mom & pop” BBQ experience. The brisket was perfect, they have a nice variety of sides and the apple pie and banana pudding are heavenly. We are on a road trip from KY to Florida and my kids are already talking about going back. Definitely going on our “go-to” list!

Our first of many visits to come. This sweet little place sure does cook some delicious food! We both got brisket, and it was the best brisket I have eaten anywhere!! I did not even put sauce on mine. It was just that juicy! My husband did try their homemade blueberry sauce in the bottle on the counter near the tea. The people at the table beside us were talking about how great it was. He said it was delicious, and we needed to buy a jar for home. The people working there were so sweet. They made us feel like the kind of family you want to have. We will be returning soon.

By far best family owned…independent…homemade BBQ joint around. Made fresh everyday. Best smoked brisket…pork and chicken we’ve eaten in awhile. All sides and sauces are homemade and incredible as well. We’ll be regulars from now on. 5 !!

I travel all across the south and make it a point to try as many BBQ joints as possible. Normally I use ribs as the test but today I saw brisket on the menu and the wonderful woman working the register convinced me that it was done well, so I took a chance. Thank goodness that I did!
