Every time we go there, we have a great time. Service is great, and the servers are fun to talk to, helpful, and fast. The menu is diverse with many choices and types. Salads, burgers, pizza, pasta, etc. They have several beers on tap wines and a few margarita choices. Prices won’t break the bank either. Highly recommend!

We went there for lunch and there was only one server and a hostess on duty. It was kind of busy but not that bad.i feel we received the minimum amount of contact with the server that you could have. My wife had a pasta dish which was pretty good but arrived luke warm at best. I had a chicken traditional sandwich which was good but barely warm two. I upgraded to the garlic parmesan fries which arrived cold and we’re almost overbearing with garlic and parmesan at the bottom of the basket. The atmosphere was nice but it was chilly in the restaurant and my wife kept her coat on the entire time. If you go there for lunch just plan on a long wait time and minimal service.

Came for my birthday yesterday, 7/31 at approx. 7:30pm. They offer a free pasta or pizza, so I preordered for pickup as not to take up a table when they were busy. I was informed by the man running the bar/front (no name) that it had to be for dine-in, which I was not aware. I asked if I could switch to dine-in, even though my dog was in the car and it was hot outside. He didn’t care.

My bf and I ordered food to go from here. The wait was 2 hours longer than we were initially told, the food was horrendous, cold, chewy bread, chicken was undercooked, pasta was flavorless and dry, cheesecake appeared to be old, spinach artichoke dip was cold and in a ball.. like an ice cream scoop? The shake was not mixed and looked terrible. Fries were chewy and soggy, mozzarella sticks were cold, cheese was not melted. We were so so disappointed, we usually love the food here but this was awful. We also called the restaurant to check in and the server was laughing and seemed completely dis concerned with wait times and was frankly kind of rude. We’re bummed, would not recommend ordering from here :/

This was my wife’s and I’s first time in. The place was quite as we went for food straight after work it was about 4 the happy hour menu was great. The staff was for sure new. The waitresses serving the table next to us was having troubles mixing drinks. We were served timely the food was overly charred, but not horrid. Overall ok probably won’t be going back tho.

Always a huge fan of Smoky Mtn. and often visit the State Street location in Boise since it’s close to work. I tried out the Chimichurri Steak the other day and it was delicious! Tender and cooked to perfection and the Chimichurri sauce was amazing! The pasta had a very good flavor and was a perfect compliment to the meal. The service was very good and they took great care of us!

Food was really good but the service here is the worst I’ve ever delt with for sure. Took about 20 minutes to get drinks and a hour after that to get food. Then when finished it took another 30 minutes to get a check. So I ate my food in about 15 minutes and waited over two hours in total.
