Really disappointed to make this review, but ever since the change of owners the quality has visibly declined but the prices increased. My chicken salad tonight had 6 small burnt or broken fries total. The small amount of lettuce in the salad doesn’t match for the price and many pieces were very brown. Then the house dressing was nothing but oil in 3 out of 4 containers. Only one had actual seasoning in it. I got two identical chicken salads both poorly made for $31! I called to try and speak with a manager at around 5pm on a Friday but no one knew who a manager was and there was not one on the shift…… Only The Monroe Hotel from now on!!

Food was ready on time. But it was a soggy mess of fake cheese and almost no bacon. Also undercooked mess of a pepperoni ball. Not to mention an up charge if you use a card. I will not be returning and encourage anyone thinking about it, to think twice. It’s expensive, cheap food.

Ordered takeout for Lunch here. Ordered the Wings and fries special. I always respect a place with good wings and sauces and these were phenomenal. Fries we so so, fresh cut but could’ve been crispier. Still, no complaints. Might be my new go to spot for wings in town.

Great food, great staff. Kelly and Hailey t amazing servers. The cooks are fire. Those pepperoni balls are off the chain. Seriously, get an order, and you will fall in love. It’s a great place for business meeting lunches. All and all one of the best restraunts in Butler. Truly blessed

“It’s not what it was.” While true, it changed and not as good as it was, I can say that it also is a firm “no-go” based on on precisely what it is today. The last time we went the server said the chicken was freezer burned and we should avoid it. This time we ordered a chicken sandwich and it caused food poisoning. My wife mentioned it tasted rubbery and “not good” so it wasn’t finished.

Great nook to grab some good grub. If it still had packs instead of just snacks, well then add that 5th star bc it’s a Butlers finest. And the pep balls are absolutely the best!

They have hands down the best breading for their fried food I’ve ever tasted. Their fried mushrooms were a total game changer! If you’re looking for classic American comfort food, that also is prepared with quality ingredients, this is the spot!

The food was absolutely terrible, got the meatloaf sandwich and im pretty sure the meatloaf was extremely old, very very dry and I still cannot tell you what kind of meat it was, thats how bad it was. Had to just eat the fries. Another guest got the salisbury burger, that was just a hamburger smothered in very weird cheese and had about 2lbs of very cold gravy all over everything. This place is terrible. Such a waste of money.
