Stopped here for the first time tonight with my children, Had a very sweet hostess named Kaley who helped us out, One kid got the spaghetti special and loved it, My other the steak sub and devoured it rather quickly and I had the country fried steak and mashed potatoes. Burger was raw, only ate the fries my wife ordered the special and the beans and potatoes were cold. Guess it’s no wonder the place was empty other then us. Wasted 40 bucks. Oh and a hot ham and cheese should be served hot……

I’m actually the cook at this establishm so I always try pleasing our customers with great meals of down home style cooking and all American menu items such as foot long hot dogs and burgers with fries. If you like casual dinner type food with a country flare then you will like this place. The staff is the best part of course. They are amazing people! I highly recommend getting to know them and becoming a regular. You won’t regret it. And here’s a big tip… They have chicken and dumplings every other Tuesday I think it is. The dumplings are really good but, on this day, they have real mashed potatoes which are great! I highly recommend this place.

I am partial to this place because it is in my hometown but they need more staff. There was no cheese in the salad. Didn’t get a refill until we were finished with our meal 30 mins later. Never came back to the table for the condiments that was asked for.
