There are 2 sides to this place, a bar side and restaurant side. This review is based on the bar side. Stopped by to try something wand they had escargot on their restaurant menu. Not sure how snails are supposed to taste but it was unique and the plate was presented nicely. The real draw of the place would be the 75¢ wings for happy hour. All flavors were ok-good, but their dry rub is delicious! Usually dry rub is lacking in flavor and coverage, but these wings were legit!

This was Our second time here, while on Vacation in Keystone. The ambiance is nice and they have a bar side w/live music and a dining side. Our dinner reservations were for 9:15pm and we got in right on time on a Saturday. Our waiter was very attentive and we enjoyed our dinner. My husband and I shared a T-bone steak w/mushroom sauce topping and fried shrimp. (Mind you I didn’t have any mushrooms on my piece of steak)He had a lemon drop drink and I had a chocolate martini, both very delicious. We really enjoyed Our dinner. Unfortunately by 11:45ish my husband began to experience stomach cramping and nausea. He spent the entire night/morning in the bathroom. I’m guessing the mushrooms caused food poisoning. I have had food poisoning a few times in the past and understand the obvious symptoms. I was okay, because again my portion of steak didn’t have any mushrooms. We will Not be eating mushrooms.

I almost gave 4 stars grading on a curve. This is a ski resort town so you expect overpriced and just so so food. This place is exactly that. But for the area it is a better option than most everything else. So if I graded on a curve it’d get 4 stars

I ordered a pound of crab and had 4 claws and 0 of the good legs. The service staff did not ask if we enjoyed our meal. After receiving our $300 bill with the mandatory 20% gratuity I guess I can see why they don’t need to ask. Making gratuity mandatory takes Away the incentive for the staff to please their customers. The rest of the food we received was good. If I liked eating claws it would have been good.

Disappointed. Agree w other reviewers that cook is spending too much time w the microwave. Prime rib was well done n tuff, not medium as ordered. Apple pie was hot on outside n cold inside. U get the picture. Place is up for sale so could have some influence. Service n atmosphere still good.

Me and my husband went here on a Friday night and did not have a reservation. Fortunately they were able to give us a reservation time of less than 30 minutes of our arrival time. We waited in the bar area until our table was ready. Bar staff was very friendly and welcoming. When we got our table, the waitress was friendly, but seemed to disappear during our meal until we were finished eating. Also, our table was in the corner of the dining hall and it felt very cramped overall in the dining area. When our food arrived, steaks were bland; I ordered a petite sirloin medium, but received well done, while my husband ordered a T-bone rare, but received medium well. We ordered the steak butter extra, but it didn’t add much flavor. Baked potatoes, bread, and salads were good. The waitress didn’t charge us for our salads, but it still came to around $80. Would not eat here again or recommend.

Overall good dining experience. Tim, our sever, was excellent. Food came in hefty portions and was petty good, though my full cut prime rib was lacking the flavor I was expecting. Prices were on the high side.

If you’re going to eat here, I recommend asking if your preferred meal will be cooked in a microwave. I ordered the vegetarian lasagna for $26, and when it came out, parts of it were very hot and parts were still cold. It was obviously microwaved. The waitress tried her best to be accommodating, and she took it back and put it in the oven for a while. It still tasted like something you buy at the grocery store and throw in the microwave at home. I ate a little bit more of it, paid my check, went home and made a sandwich. It was a complete waste of money. Except for the wine. The wine was good.
