In a town with about 10 pizza shops already, I was concerned about another been-there-done-that pizzeria. Snap Custom Pizza is far from the ordinary all the way down to the beverages! Delicious fresh salads and made to order custom pizzas are a welcome addition to the neighborhood. Prices are very reasonable and service was fast and friendly. All of our food was amazing and we will definitely be back to try many more items on the menu.

As an advanced home pizza chef who makes hundreds of pizzas and eats literally thousands of slices per year, I was pretty impressed with this chain! My friends told me I might not like it on account of being a pizza snob from NYC, but I actually really enjoyed it. The prices were also very surprising! Decent size too so we didn’t feel stuffed heading back to the office. We got the hot little honey, farmers market, and one custom pie with basil, spinach, artichoke hearts, ricotta, mozzarella and tomatoes. All that for an extra dollar! And all the ingredients were super fresh. The crust was very thin, almost Roman style but not quite a cracker/crisp. It puffed up nicely from what you’ll see on the prep table which is almost transparent. I see folks complaining about the wait but it was literally 7-9 mins from printing the receipt. We were also smart and came in 5 mins before the lunch rush.

We love this place. The ingredients they use seem to be of better quality. Heart salads and make your of personal pizzas with unlimited toppings. They always forget the rolls when we order salads. Order accuracy is off a lot. They have a rewards program that is questionable. Promo codes they send you for free stuff when ordering never works. If you try and contact corporate, you never seem to get a response.

Tried this place out on NYE before a movie. Fiancee and I had a great time customizing our pizzas and watching them get cooked infront of us. I got pretty much every topping and the pizza was still cooked to perfection. The customer service was great and I will 100% be returning.

I go here about 3 times a week and it is always consistently good! Their staff is so nice (Brian is incredible) and always great to talk to, their salads are a totally filling and fresh but just had their new Detroit Style Pizza which my whole office loved and will have to get that more! No complaints here!!

Prices seem reasonable for a custom pizza place but they got rid of online ordering and tablet ordering so now it’s a squeeze to talk to one person taking the order and one person to check out. The credit card tablet can’t seem to read most cards. They still ask for a tip despite no table service. Weird, off brand fountain soda also. Good pizza though!
