This is one of the worst dirtiest no energy type of restaurant. This is located on 1/83 and 7th Ave., Plaza. The snappers is the dirtiest on Queen on Humana ties and the people there has bad attitude no sense of urgency no welcoming, they have you standing in the line for a long time without even serving you or saying hello, this needs to be checked by dirty diner, and the city needs to come out and ordain to shut this restaurant down for major upgrade, cleaning Ness and better staff. I did not eat there. I did a pick up for delivery. I would never eat at this place until they make major update.

I just got married today by the most beautiful woman ever and we decided to go to snappers and they were so generous to give us an amazing meal a few drinks and the best blue velvet cake ever. I came in at 5:15 pm. The girl working said she’s not taking any orders because people will switch shifts and they are closed… ??? Never in my life heard of that. 2 other couples walked in after me and she said the same thing to them. They stormed off instantly, and i waited just 5 minutes to see whats happening. Everyone just stood their on their phones, or were walking around. What are you all getting paid to do? Never seen that happen before. Not even McDonald’s. Very disappointing, so no one in that time frame was served even when the restaurant closes at 1am. Not to mention the store itself was filthy.

The only time I go to Snappers is when I am craving for some sweet sassy wings but all that changed when this person was busy on her phone and didn’t pay attention to my order. When I went inside to advise the manager what happened she starts yelling and being rude while the manager allowed her. The food is good but the two employees (manager) was extremely rude. Will report them to the district manager.

My daughter and I came in undecided on what we should get to eat. They’re good as always whenever I come here. I’ve never had a bad experience yet. The worse ever! Placed my order from the drive thru. No other vehicle was in front of me, however it took twenty five minutes for me to receive cold food. I questioned Christina onto why was my food cold after waiting so long? She advised me that she didn’t know. I won’t ever return back to this location.

Snappers is very popular, most times will mean long wait time in drive thru. But I must say that I received great service with a smile from Stephanie at the drive thru. Also, my food was hot and fresh. I’m a Food and Beverage manager and great service is everything to me. Great job management team for hiring this young lady at your establishment. Stephanie got mad at me & my boyfriend when she was the one who didn’t hear our order. At the window we said our two orders and when we got to the window, she only had half of our order. When we mentioned it to her, she gave us an attitude. She doesn’t give good customer service.
