This is Usually good place to go for Late Night eats, All my Food was cooked to order so it was Hot!!! I ordered Conch Fritter Balls, clams and Fried Okra, the issue is once I got home and looked at my food the conch balls were brown in the inside….I’m thinking the grease needed to be changed, they did not taste good at all. The only thing I was able to eat and enjoy was my okra and clams. I’ve got the conch balls from here before and they tasted better and did not look like this at all.

Very ghetto, ignorant, disrespectful and dirty. Females frying food with hair bonnets in. Throwing food containers with food in them on the counter. Attitudes towards customers!!!!! Never answer phones to take orders. I hate going there! BTW! I have stopped buying food from that location. Ugh! I’m glad I had an opportunity to voice my concern about this location. I get better service on the one on Sunrise Blvd near 27th Avenue!!!!

I forgot the young lady’s name when I visited this location last Fri. 6/23/23 around 7pm. However, her Customer Service Skills were GREAT. However, PLEASE cook FRESH fries, don’t redip them in hot grease. They are rubbery and taste different. Customers, like myself, can tell when you cut corners.

This was the worst overall experience I’ve had in a restaurant in a very long time. Number one the bathroom was out of service. The girl taking the orders was rude and obnoxious and disinterested in being there. How’s the Shrimp came out it was hot but Did not taste good nor did the tilapia. No utensils were brought to the table. When I went back to the counter to ask for some the same disinterested girl so they had none had an attitude that was unhappy that there was no utensils. I asked to speak to the manager he came out found a box of utensils within less than a minute handed the girl the box and turned and started to walk away from the counter without even addressing me after I asked to speak with him when I called him back and told him of the experience getting him to say he was sorry he was like pulling teeth. I look forward to seeing the next restaurant that moves into the space because I will never come back to this one again.
