Worst customer service. There is a $5 reward if you download their app and I saw that reward screen just few seconds late after giving cash to the cashier. She said we can give that it you download. I asked can I get that now she said yes. I did downloaded and showed but one other lady came said very rudely that we will not give this with todays order and this is for next time visit. I was like surprised and asked she said yes to give and you came saying no but she wasn’t ready to answer n laughed at my face.

Okay, pricy for salad, very skimpy! They charge for napkins too, 20 bucks for a salad not ever again! I asked for broccoli she gave me two baby florets and that was 75 cents. It was a okay salad.

Just ordered a salad from here for the first time and I am absolutely disgusted. Upon opening the container, there were gnats crawling around on salad. The broccoli was browning and the greens were already slimy. How in earth can you serve this to paying customers and sleep at night? I would strongly suggest avoiding this place for food

Please fire the middle aged short hispanic woman. I love snappy salads, but my last two experiences were bad. I used to work in the restaurant industry for years, so I understand cutting people slack, and I’m never rude when I have a concern. That’s why I didn’t write this review the first time. When I tell her I’d like a wrap but I’d like to modify it, she ZOOMS SO FAST with as little talking as possible when there’s nobody behind me, and when it’s not even close to closing time. Whenever somebody else makes my wrap, they put the full portions in. She takes the tongs and puts a tiny bit of quinoa in instead of using the scoop. I nicely ask to have a full scoop, and she rolls her eyes as if I’m being difficult. Same with every other ingredient. I’m paying for full portions, so I would like full portions. Then she ZOOM ZOOMS over to the dressing and dumps it in before I tell her that I wanted a different one. Eye rolls again. Then she ZOOM ZOOMS over to pack it up and gives me the sweet potato chips when I tried to flag her down and tell her I wanted the tortilla chips. More eye rolls. What is this lady late for?? She obviously hates her job or people in general and that is very sad. Those experiences put a damper on my day and I don’t love that. There are plenty of people out there who want a job and know what customer service is. Please hire one of them instead. Sadly from now on I have to drive somewhere else out of my way to enjoy Snappy. Either that or please release her schedule so I know when it’s safe to come. I hope that she recovers from what she is so angry about.

Overall I love coming here for a healthy meal choice. I would agree that they get a little over zealous with dressing at times. I usually order mine without any dressing, but that request doesn’t always get remembered, so you do need to pay attention if you’ve got special preferences. It gets a little chaotic in there at peak times, but staff has always been friendly. I highly recommend the warm riced cauliflower salad with salmon. I was very impressed with the flavor and freshness of their salmon.
