We ordered 2 pizzas the 1st was all meat and the 2nd one was everything . My husband is now sick cause he was food poisoned. So I called them and told them he was sick and we wanted a refund, they said “ No there’s nothing we can do .” So if I was you “ GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !” This place is sad and pathetic . We will be calling the Health Department tomorrow !

The second raspberry pizza dessert that was delivered, after receiving the first that didn’t reven have the raspberry on it. I have worked for Snappys and this is absolutely not satisfaction!! I personally know the President of the company and worked with him first hand. The caller of Snappys didn’t even care, like I was lieing.

Burnt Curst and raw in the middle. Inconvenient for our family we order for something fast because of special occasion. Apparently they don’t offer credits or remakes at a later time. Sorry I couldn’t wait 50 more minutes for a new pizza to be made. Waist of 30 dollars

We have never had a problem with their food from here before….not the case anymore. We called because we were told our food would be delivered 30-40 mins from when we ordered. We waited an hour before calling. “Oh it just left.” We only live 5 mins away-10 max with traffic. It took another 30 mins to receive our food. It was cold, bread sticks weren’t made right and we were missing our sauces that we ordered. Called and was told they put a pizza credit on our account as well as for the breadsticks and sauces. We called tonight to get the replacement order and instead of doing what they said, they gave us a 10$ credit….Jerry Cable was rude and hung up on us. This place has really went downhill with the new people.

The absolute best pizza in Richmond hands down. Not greesy, or floppy. The definition of what a perfect pizza should be. I do hope all the other pizza places aspire to be something close to what snappy tomato pizza offers, however I don’t believe even then they would come close.

Bought pizza because of the ratings here. It’s average at best, no different than a Domino’s or Papa John’s. The guy in the shop was pleasant, but the shop is just a hole in the wall with no dine-in (which is listed on the description). Not very clean, unorganized. “The Beast” is large on price, not on quality. Not being disrespectful about anything, just honest.
