Had to wait a hour after ordering before finally getting my food, was ignored when trying to pick it up and they literally only cut 2 slices out of the entire pizza. And paid for bacon and got the smaller of sprinkles.Terrible service and work ethic. Will definitely not return, Also left 3 times and on the 3rd time I had to stand and wait for them to finish boxing it which took 10 minutes.

Nice little pizza buffett. Small arcade but the hilight was the redemption machine. That was a really cool way to award prizes for tickets w.o staffing a counter. First time ive seen that, big fan. We will be back. 9/10 (round up for a 5/5 experience)

We were traveling and ordered from Snappy Tomato. The order was incorrect. The best part is they were quick to fix our order without question. They were helpful and kind, the thin pizza was excellent and I would certainly visit them again the next time in Corbin.

Can’t beat the service and friendly staff here. The crew makes great pizza and always treat you like family all the way from the cashier to the delivery people. The picture says enough! Love the chicken bacon ranch pizza and salad. If you haven’t tried it you’re missing out.

Made a review 5 months ago at 5 star. Not anymore. Made a carry out order. Looked on my way home. It was wrong. Was placed on hold the whole way home dropped the family off and made it back to the parking lot before anyone picked up the phone again. Then placed me on hold again as I’m walking in. The lady looked at the ticket and said that it didn’t “say that on the ticket” as she snarled at it. Luckily the other lady who took the order said it was her fault and that I told her the correct order and she didn’t put it in right. The First Lady just stormed off and made the pizza again like she was angry at me. What if the lady who took my order wasn’t honest and owned up to making a mistake, im betting the other lady would have probably just told me sorry there’s nothing she can do judging by her attitude. Horrible service. Mistakes happen, but it felt like they were on the defensive and trying to find a way out. Thanks for the lady who was honest and admitted that I told her what I wanted and she just made a mistake. But after being on hold for 20 minutes. Having to go all the back and waste my time for something that I ordered and paid for the first time, and the attitude, probably won’t be back. The least they could have done was throw in something. I can go to dominoes save money and time. Pizzas not as good but at least they’ll get it right or comp it

Food was wonderful as was the service, however was offered a 2 topping large for $11.99 when dining in and when the bill came the Pepperoni and cheese pizza was 19 dollars. Very good but very pricey.
