The buffet is awesome. I love the fact that you can request a pizza and they will make it for the bar. The employees are super friendly.

Pizza was overcooked, bone dry of any sauce whatsoever and had to be torn at the teeth like it was unleavened communion bread. It was basically cheese bread with a few sparse toppings scattered about. The outer edge pieces were almost all just uncovered crust. SEE ATTACHED PIC OF DRY AF PIZZA. No one liked it because it was HORRIBLE and an entire half an hour late for delivery. It arrived at 10pm, they close at 10pm and the next day I called the guy on the phone said “You should have called last night.” OMFG are you special ed? Said their oven is having temp control issues. Offered 50% off next order. Ok, I guess I’m paying for your oven problems then. GTFO. Absolutely never ordering from this location ever again.

Overpriced pizza and it completely lacked flavor. Super dry. I don’t recommend this place. It was open late but that’s about the only highlight.

The building could use an update! But the pizza was good, the service was excellent, and I’ll be back! Prices have gone up a bit, but that’s to be expected. Only wish they had more deals out there!

Took my wife here for her first Snappy experience. Place was just as good as when I used to work in Northern Kentucky

Took grandchildren to get the buffet. It wS delicious. The children enjoyed it very much. They had a variety of different things to eat, different kinds of pizza, noodles, salad bread sticks, and spaghetti. It was quite a spread. Well worth the money.

They refuse to serve me because I used to work here and they get mad when I called to ask them to correct my order. There was no cheese on my pasta and the wrong meat

We love to come for the buffet. The workers are always so friendly and nice, especially to my kids. It feels like family. We love coming here. If we get delivery it’s always fast and hot.

Went there for the lunch buffet and the salad bar was almost empty and the pizza selection was almost nil. They did make a comeback after about 10 minutes and the buffet bar was restocked.
