My family will not eat at this place again. The staff are rude. My husband made a complaint about one pizza in our order being burnt and then heard the staff in the kitchen making rude comments while he was waiting for the pizza to be remade. The staff had a young boy and lady in the back kitchen area who does not even work there. A young child shouldn’t even be back in a kitchen area at a place of employment. I know I personally don’t like random people hanging out in kitchen areas where my food is being made when they don’t even work there. Very unsanitary and unprofessional. I do think that is a health department violation. Please look into hiring staff members who don’t curse at customers or talk about them. The pizza was burnt again and they stated that’s just the way it is. My husband wanted a refund and cash could not even be refunded until 3 days later. They stated they couldn’t open the cash register to refund, although he paid with cash. I definitely would not reccomend eating here.

-☆☆☆ Every single time I break down and give them another chance there is a serious issue. Tonight 6:28 PM receives confirmation email, 45 to 60 minutes. Okay I do not mind waiting as long as it is hot and fresh. 15 past 60 minute delivery mark I called. Talked to a guy, he said good news your order left about 15 minutes with two other orders!!! He we are 7:52 still no food. Called back … talked to a lady. She asked if I wanted to speak to a manager. I said what is the point. After all the time that has passed there is no way my order will be fresh and hot. Run, run fast away from this place. Food isn’t even that good. Two salads a calzone and a baked spaghetti! 8:10 at posting of this review still no food.

Today we ordered 2 large pizzas and a salad for delivery. Originally told 45-60 mins. After an hour my wife called they said it’s still sitting on the shelf for delivery and will be a while. So she just went to pick it up. Once she arrived in store the pizza wasn’t even warm. (She should of just left it there.) One pizza was made wrong and the salad had very little lettuce. Which was also browning and wilted badly. I’m not one to complain but this was an awful experience. Do better guys!

I placed an online ordered for pizza and one of the pasta dishes today at 6;33 pm. I received a conformation email saying delivery would be between 45-60 minutes. I called at the store at 8pm to inquire about my order, I was told the driver left the store 10 minutes ago. I did not receive my order until 8:30 pm and all of it was completely cold. I understand that there are staffing issues all over however it may be a good idea for your staff to call customers and let them know that there will be a delay in delivery and ask if they are still interested in their order. This has been happening often with the Walton, Ky location.

This snappy has went to complete garbage they got my order wrong witch is 10$ hoagie bc I got double meat made it wrong called and gave me a 10$ credit like there delivery charge is 4.99 so already a rip off so I had to drive up there to get it re made and was rude then want to cover it in lettuce. Asked me for to email I did and no response

The Beast is a great value when feeding a large crowd. I have bought the beast for many occasions and have always been pleased with the quality and service. Everything that I have eaten from. This location- pizza, hoagies, pasta, wings- has been delicious! The owner has a long history of making pizza as well as a couple of the drivers. Two of the drivers are local boys with over twenty years of experience. They know their customers and will often go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service. Give them a try!
