The horse he couldn’t resist betting on was named Snappy Tomato. The man used his winnings to open a pizzeria, which he named in honor of the horse that made it all possible. From that first Snappy Tomato location, there are now more than 50 locations across five states.

The whole thing was pitiful. I absolutely love Anne, she is super sweet. But her driver, Hunter. Needs an attitude check. She brings out pizza, and when my friend opens the door, she basically SLINGS the pizza into the door way, almost hitting my friend. Then hand the two-liter of coke to my friend. We open the pizza box, and the whole pizza is mangled. Slid all to hell, and half of the pizza is smashed into itself, because the way she was A.) violently throwing the pizza away. Or B.) Driving bad. Or C.) Both? It is absolutely sad. But, unless something is replaced, or refunded. We probably won’t be back. Or order from this snappy again.

I’ve always ordered calzones for$6.50. It had been a short while since we had last ordered. BUT the prices spiked since then and I was not informed! After 2toppings for deluxe as ordered before,all over toppings are75 cents each bringing my total a whopping$37! They offered no reprieve. Be careful when you place an order!

My experience was with having a pizza delivered to my home. I didn’t hear them knock for quite a while. The delivery guy did not leave though. He stayed an called repeatedly till I came to the door. He was very nice an was notad at all. I got my food that was hot an very good. I’d recommend them to anyone. Keep up the good work.

I would give a zero if I could. They basically served my family an undone pizza. Somewhat melted cheese on cold uncooked dough. When my husband called back they acted as if we didn’t order from them. When we stated we had receipt and pictures of the pizza they served us they then accepted the fact it was served from them. We were told that the lady made the pizza but she didn’t take it out so they didn’t know if it was done. They did offer us a free med 1 topping pizza after we bought a 3 topping large. Hmm doesn’t add up to me. Just save your time and take the drive and go to the Taylorsville snappy. Its yummy. Wish this pizza chain was consistent because I love the other restaurants better than any other pizza chain. As far as the one in hope I will not be back. This is the 3rd chance I have gave this place and they are consistently bad in quality of food and service.

This is actually the 2nd best pizza place in Hope. I love this place, every time you order you never know how they’re going to surprise you with a whole new way to screw up a pizza. Sometimes they’ll leave stuff out, burn it, or even leave it so disgustingly raw you have to stick it in your oven when you get it home.

So today I was at work and I have kids at home needing lunch so I figured I’d call them a luncheon and have it delivered I called at 11:00 I called at 11:30 I called at 12:00 12:30 1:00 1:30 and 2:30 they cut picking up the phone hanging it up and just simply would not answer and I know they see it if they’re hanging up the phone horrible customer service

Went to order over the phone and was put on hold for 20 min. Then was forgotten about. Then tried to call back and it said there phone was busy. So I decided to drive to the store and when I went to tell the women she had forgotten me she acted like I was lying and still proceeded to charge me full price for my pizza, she didn’t even offer a discount and wasn’t very pleasant or apologetic.
