WOW do the employees at Snaps Restaurant know how to treat you. They provided first class service. I was so impressed by their customer service skills. Juan, our waiter, as well as the others that assisted him, catered to our every need. Our drinks were immediately refilled without us having to ask, our food was delicious & prepared quickly, they checked on us frequently, I even spilled my coffee all over the table by accident & they moved us tables & cleaned it up with no complaints. This is by far THE BEST breakfast & service we have had in town. And the value, they have a $3.99 special that comes with eggs, toast, hashbrowns & huge sausage links or bacon, all cooked to perfection. I would definitely recommend them to friends & family. 5*s!!!!

Most of the food is decent here. I really like the Asian dishes, but they’re not available 24/7, however breakfast is. The Kung Pao Shrimp and Mongolian beef are good, but my real favorite is the General Tso’s chicken. Yes, it’s an Americanized Chinese dish, but it’s delicious, especially at Snaps. In fact I think it’s the best in town. The desserts are tasty as well. The service is good but Alma is the best and most kindest server in Vegas. Since they removed like 40% of the slot machines at the Eastside Cannery, I basically stayed a customer because of Snaps’ good food and excellent service.

We stopped for breakfast before checking out of the Cannery. Food was average, prices were very good. Our waitress was hilarious and deserves five stars on her own.

I just stayed at the Eastside Cannery hotel in Las Vegas for 1 week and was so impressed when eating at their Snaps Restaurant. It was such a great price for any item on the menu, and all items on the menu where great in quality and taste, and had way to much for me to eat, even when sharing. Such a great value and a great experience! I at there for almost all my meals for my 1 week trip. 🙂 I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Thanks!

It takes cashier lady half an hour to put in computer what we gonna order, she keep forgetting and asking again and again, we patiently waited, but when we finally go thru all that she said it’s all “to go” or we will have to eat “right here” and pointed at table by cash register and look at us like she expect us to cook our food and take it out immediately. We decide to just quit and go to nearby Denny’s, where for the same time and price we can have everything ordered AND cooked and served.

Small portions for chinese food. Prices were fair, service was good. We asked for half chicken half pork for our dinner selection and they wouldn’t do that. Had to pick one or the other.

Food was good, service was very slow. They’re in the process of some remodeling so no buffet and no steak house any longer. They’re part of Boyd Gaming so for those things they direct you to Sam’s Town…

Pathetic service. Waited 15 minutes on the table and no one came to take the order. Menu offered was different from the one shown on google. Though the quantity of food was more than enough but the taste was too bad. I couldn’t even eat half of it. Not coming back here for a meal again.

Get the wonton soup here. It is the best! Served in a huge bowl with plenty of wontons, strips of pork and tons of veggies; bok choy, carrots, broccoli, scallions, water chestnuts, pea pods in a delicious broth. And get a side of egg rolls to compliment the soup. Their chinese hot mustard is the real deal!
