Update. Now when they mess up your sandwich they give you an attitude. Also they fixed their consistency issue. They now constantly mess up. Behind their counter is pretty gross also

I was excited to try this sandwich shop, but I waited over 20 minutes to get my sandwich. There were about six employees working: one at the register, one wrapping the sandwiches in paper, and one making the sandwiches. I do not know what the other three employees were doing besides talking. The one making the sandwiches was very busy. It looked like she was the only one making all the in person sandwiches and pick up orders. Why wasn’t there more than one person making the sandwiches? When I asked if my sandwich was almost ready, the employee said the manager was leaving and had to talk to the employees about the money. The restaurant was not busy and they need to improve their service.

I love Snarfs – it’s one of my favorite Sandwich shops. However.. I do have high expectations when it comes to Snarfs – and today they were not met. I bought a Ham sandwich and there was practically no meat on the sandwich – I you guys even tipped 20%. Not happy about this and I won’t be back to this location. The second photo is what’s expected especially when I’m paying $15 for a sandwich.

I always get a good sandwich at Snarf’s. Service here is great. Super quick even though they’re always busy at lunch. If you see a long line don’t fret they get you served quickly.

Love the sandwich’s, but hate This location. The average wait time per sandwich is over 20 minutes. No matter the time of day I go, it’s always almost half my break just waiting for them to put meat on bread.

Snarfs is always delicious! The ham and American, hot dog, French dip, & cheesesteak are a few of my favorites. The Mac salad is also delicious but does not come in a big enough serving. Always come to snarfs for lunch after hikes or on a Saturday afternoon. So good!
