I Ordered online and went to pick it up. The gentleman working, (I think the owner) asked if I had gotten soup. I had and he apologized and let me know he had to substitute a different one as they were out of the one I ordered. I couldn’t eat the one he gave and wanted to know what else he could get me. I didn’t know and asked for a small salad. Told him to surprise me on the kind. He gave me a full size Snarfs Salad. Very sweet and great customer service. My mom who had just came home from the hospital was super happy! Thank you again!!

The sandwiches are good but not great. I’ve had to wait as long as 20 minutes to get a sandwich so if you’re in a hurry it’s not a good idea to come here. On the upside, there’s plenty of outdoor seating tables, ample parking off street and across the street, and decent amount of staff on hand … it just takes a WHILE to get your food.

Best place in the Lou to get a sandwich. Get it your way or from our off the menu menu which can only be found online yet you can order them in-store for example Philly cheese steaks, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Creamy Chicken Parm, and the SUPREME which is basically a Supreme pizza sandwich (DELICIOUS!!)

Zero star if I could 30 buck for 2 sandwiches that had no taste 1 Italian sub and 1 Prime rib. Bread is hard and dry, lack of meat and ask for lettuce on prime rib but it was missing. Subway is a better choice and thats not saying much. Some much flat mayo just awful

I recently have dined during lunch on Sundays. Excellent, kind service and outstanding sandwich made fresh to order. The fresh bread and meats (try the turkey on wheat!) perfectly toasted is what won me over from Subway. Adjacent parking lot just north of entrance makes it extra convenient for a quick sandwich.

I ventured here for the first time today, I was greeted by a gentleman named Cody. I asked Cody to create me an amazing sandwich, something he thought to be the BEST in his opinion.
