I am absolutely in love with this place. The best snow cones hands down. I may have to wait but it’s so worth it. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Completely support mom and pop stores. They are more genuine and provide better customer service than any corporate business. The owner has gotten to know myself and my kids and we have developed a personal friendship which is greatly appreciated. You wouldn’t find this going to these other corporate businesses. Awesome place, and nice sitting area. Keep in mind if you didn’t have to wait in long lines for their snow cones, then they probably wouldn’t be any good. So appreciate her time she takes to make each individual one by herself. The flavors are amazing! You wouldn’t find that type of customer service at a corporate business.

Best sno cones EVER!!! I absolutely love the pina colada with coconut cream and the customer service is the best around. I don’t know what these other people are talking about the owner being rude, maybe they need to check their own attitudes because we have never had anything but fantastic service. Sometimes the wait is a little long but that’s due to the long lines!

It seems that Lp, Womack and PR are all ganging up on Tropical Sno Tyler. I think these people have something else going on. I have never waited more than 5 minutes and the the “girl with shoulder length brown hair” is one of the best customer service persons that I have run into she is 11 years old. I am a regular customer and have had nothing but great service.

very bad customer service we waited for a good 15 to 20 mins for them to get are snow cones to us and when they did they were so bad tigers blood tasted like bubble gum and cotton candy and the cream was horrible i would tell no one to go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
