UPDATE: The workers really are nice. Two of them know what I order. Since I worked in a Snowcone stand before just wish they made the ole school Pink Lady, the two ingredients in one pour bottle. Not to overload the Pink Lady with the second ingredient. Over doing that ingredient on the Snowcone makes it not taste right.

They must be under new management because the taste and quality is not the same anymore. The customer service is awful now. They asked me to pay extra to remake my snocone. The ice used to be soft shaved, now it’s big pieces of ice. They told me it was because the ice had been sitting there a long time, not as many customers as before. I understand why.

Super nice employees and creative snow cones! You can practically build your snow cone the way tou want it (juicier, dryer, top, flat etc) They have a really good place to spend time outside with your family.

Great snow cones. The size is not huge compared to others and “no top” is the default. But they make up for it in selection and quality. They have a huge selection of flavors posted as well as some sheets with even more. Quality is top notch and they are generous with the syrup. A must do when visiting Port Arthur. They do take credit cards.

If I could I would give them no stars. I’ve been coming here for years, never had a problem until today. I informed them that they had bits of plastic in their sno cones and the staff told me it should be harmless then gave me a rude look. Not only that, there were even black specks in my sno cone and it was not as flavorful as it has always been. Never coming back.
