The staff was very rude when taking the order. The cheese steak sandwich was so tasteless it was gross! Cold meat and dry hard bread. Not worth no 12$ or 13$ I wish I could of gotten my money back.

Ordered two philly cheese steak subs for a later pick up time. Subs were confirmed made almost a half an hour before my scheduled time and there was little to no meat on one of my sandwiches. Definitely not worth the drive to Sanford or the price of almost $40 for two sandwiches. Asked for no peppers and also received two different kinds of peppers??? Just not the best experience here today smh.

Pretty good food spot when you’re on a budget. I thought the meatball sub was very basic, and I wasn’t given any options to add, say some pepperoni or roasted red pepper’s.

Horrible service and food and so expensive. Didn’t realize the closed so early for a Friday night. Came in close to closing time and all she could say way no fried foods. Ordered combos so thought since no fried food there would be replacement for ordering the combos. Didn’t know until order was rung up. Almost $50 for two 12in combo’s. My sub was almost decent but my husband’s was horrible. Ultimate steak and cheese, nothing ultimate about it. Could have used that $50 and gone to restaurant with service and hot food.

Local sub shop, Sobik’s is a top notch family owned operation. Start with friendly folks like Debbie and Katie and Anthony, add fresh hot food and a welcoming atmosphere this is a go-to place for me and many others. Steak and cheese is #1 seller for good reason, onion rings were hand breaded and crisp an New England Clam Chowder is to die for. Congratulations everyone and keep up the great work!

Overall the food here is excellent and customer service is good. A few suggestions for management: 1: please invest in a toaster oven to toast the subs for those who like a toasted sandwich to add some crunch. 2: the steamed buns on the gyro comes out a bit soggy, not sure how this can be improved but I think this should be looked at. 3: Last suggestion is to consider offering a military discount, as a current service member I never expect to receive a discount just because I made the choice to join the military however when companies do offer a military discount it is greatly appreciated and I find myself visiting more often. I thoroughly enjoy the Big John sub and the Herr’s Chips are the best of the best! Overall outstanding job Sobik’s!

I don’t know what was wrong with the employees when we stopped in on Tuesday July 25th at 12:30pm. All of them seemed in a bad mood. Very snippy and not at all friendly. I ordered 4 subs and none of them were labeled. The only positive is that the bread was very fresh.
