I been a member for 6 months and have to say I’m very disappointed in the customer service . I order from this place all the time and to find out i could of been saving money on my account via my company discount the whole time. I inform the young lady at the desk and she laughs at me . Said we don’t tell people about discounts unless they are wearing their uniforms. Very unhappy with their inexperience workers . The amount of money i lost . I will not be returning to this solbowl anymore.

They do not give proportions of fruit for the amount of money you pay. But yet, the employees are behind the counter eating fruit bowls. Please avoid this location. There are other better locations-East Meadow, Mineola and Howard Beach that have stellar customer service and quality. I asked them to modify an order and they refused.
