Lets start positive, best deviled eggs i have ever had. Full flavor spectrum, just blown away. Service was slow as all get out considering we were one of two tables with people at it. The ceasar salad was the most effort i have ever put into eating a salad ever. I get it “cool” presentation, think about howany guests want to pay to chop up their own salad? Not many and surely not me. The steak was cooked perfectly just very low grade meat quality. Over 25% hard fat. Also ordered cookies and milk under the impression it was chocolate chip and was reassured by my server it was….until i bit in with my server at the table and realized they are oatmeal raisin. Overall disappointed and still hungry.

Breakfast during a pandemic was very different. As the only customer, the service was oddly attentive, breakfast was great, and the quiet was unusual. Eggs fluffy, bacon crispy, potatoes well-fried, and bagel toasted properly.

Nice interior space and menu selections. The appetizers, soup/salad, entree and dessert menu have a limited, but nice variety. The food was well presented and was very flavorful. The service team was responsive and took care of us while we waited a little longer for our meal. Would recommend giving this restaurant a try and stick around in the lobby while having a drink from the bourbon bar.

My husband and mother ate here for Thanksgiving dinner and it was one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve had in Omaha. They served family style at each table, which was great for leftovers, and the food was soooo tasty! The atmosphere was comfortable and not hotel-like, and the service was absolutely on point. Our server bagged all of our leftovers, with a few added a few desserts tjat the server was so kind to add. Will likely come back for the next holiday!

Wanted to try a “new” restaurant (relatively new Marriott property in downtown Omaha). Always a bit skeptical of hotel lobby restaurants, but checked out the menu on-line and decided to try it. There’s no real separation between the restaurant and the lobby, so the “feel” is a bit wide open and lobby-ish. The view outside from the window tables is awesome, but still the lobby-feel is cold and loud. It took quite a while for a server to come to our table after we were seated – which seemed odd because we were a party of four at one table, there were only four other tables occupied, and there were 10-15 open tables on a Friday night! (should have been a clue). We were informed that the on-line menu is no more, and that they have a new special “all day menu,” which had few of the items from the on-line, but was nowhere near the selection we were expecting from the on-line menu. We questioned our server about it and he said the menu changed, “months ago,” but assured us he’d say something to management about it. BTW…I just checked, and the “old” menu is still posted on the website. To try to shorten this story….the food was “good,” the drinks were great, but the service was atrocious! 25 minute wait to get our second round of drinks!!!! Do not plan to go back.

In a word, tragic. Took two clients to lunch here today. Our server was very sweet but brand new and spoke very little English. We had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. She was unable to answer basic questions about the menu. We asked her about the seasonal salad – she said it was costco. Huh? We finally figured out she was trying to say “couscous.” The soup was lukewarm. Caesar Salad served with no dressing. Server told us that the pumpkin risotto was a large portion – nope. Rueben sandwich – barely edible. Nothing had any flavor and the ingredients didn’t seem to be of good quality. Wait times for everything were unacceptably long – strange as there were not many people dining for lunch today. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

We came in with a wedding party so perhaps it’s a bit different for regular breakfast? Anyway, we had maybe 70 people or so, we took up nearly the entire dining area and the breakfast was served as a buffet instead of a menu, but it was tiny. The space allowed for it was on two small counter tops. The fruit section consisted of 4 dinner plate size serving dishes taking up half the counter; there was clearly enough room for more food but the space was under-utilized. In addition, because the serving platforms were so small food kept running out. You could get maybe 4 people at most through the line before serving dishes were empty again. In addition, God forbid you’re a vegetarian or have a pepper allergy. The eggs had ham and tomatoes mixed in with no straight up eggs; there was a spot for eggs with spinach, pepper and tomato (at least the sign said such, the only potential vegetarian protein option) but I didn’t once see it ever actually put out and I was in a clear line of sight the entire time. There wasn’t even an empty container for it it was just a sign and an empty space. I understand that the world does not cater to vegetarians but to have literally NO protein option available at all without meat was upsetting. Meanwhile you have these giant warming bins filled with pig bacon and pig sausage–sorry Muslims and Jews, you get no protein options at all. Half of wedding party are vegetarians so this was especially unfortunate for us. Each table had an assortment of jams but there was no toast anywhere or even just straight up bread. I’m honestly baffled that this caliber or restaurant can get away with a breakfast that Motel 6 does better on. A continental breakfast should not offer more than a hot American breakfast buffet at a 4 star establishment. I work for a luxury hotel (we have no locations in Nebraska) and I know what a 4+ star hotel breakfast buffet should be..this wasn’t it. Here were the items available at the buffet:

Solidly unexceptionable. We’re out of every beer I tried to order off the menu. Told me they had no ipas at all available, so brought me a pale ale. Tried to order the one again, I guess I had the last one. Told him to surprise me, and brought me an IPA which they said they had none of? Entrees came out before app was done. Not impressed. Food was okay. There’s a ton of potential in this restaurant. They need to get organized. Server was polite. $244 for a very bleak meal.

I wouldn’t say it isn’t good. Customer service was excellent and food was ok. We went with my friends about 7 months ago. The entry options were not so much. I got chicken wings and it was delicious, however my friends food was ok. I am not sure they might added more entry options to their menu. But we did enjoy our time. The place is upscale and very clean inside. Would recommend this place if you’re around downtown.

On their website breakfast menu it says that they have fresh squeezed orange juice so I walked over there from the Hilton. The printed menu also listed fresh squeezed orange juice. But it’s a lie. Not available. Biscuits and gravy is on there for $13 but if you order it separately as sides it will only cost you $10. Poached egg was fine. Biscuit and gravy mediocre.
