Coming back from a day trip me and a friend stopped by SoCo and got an amazing lunch. I had the Brooklyn Fire burger (photo included), a chicken tender meal, and an order of Bottlecaps (fried pickles but jalapenos instead of pickles). The burger was exceptional and had perfect meat to bun ratio. The chicken was also very good. Their sauces are unique in flavor and wonderful; very tasty.

My husband and I went to Florence Brewing Company for the first time last night. We really enjoyed both the brewery and SoCo Chicken. I have found my favorite burger in Canon City/Florence areas so far! We will definitely be back! My husband really liked the chicken fingers. We also got fries and frickles. All were yummy!

Only place open when I needed some food, but it was very fortunate. Food was very tasty. Standard food truck appearance, but no regrets. Would eat here again even if other restaurants were open. Buffalo chicken was very good.

Lunch today was absolutely delicious, per usual. It was my first time trying one of their new burgers and it did not disappoint. I love their chicken sandwiches and Tacos, and now I guess this will be my burger to go place as well. Best mozzarella sticks I’ve ever had, the fries are delish and to top it off, the owners are pretty wonderful! Best food in Florence for sure and top tier for all of Fremont County and surrounding areas!

I love this place! Staff is super friendly and remembers who you are, which makes the whole experience that much better! The food is amazing and so worth the wait. It isn’t about fast food, it’s about amazing food! Definitely my favorite chicken restaurant! My husband I go as often as possible!

I’ve been enjoying SoCo Chicken’s food for a couple years and it’s only getting better, even in these difficult times for the food service industry. I highly recommend the grilled chicken sandwiches and street tacos, but there’s plenty more on the menu, even chicken and waffles. Fresh food, a wide selection of beverages at Florence Brewing, good atmosphere, and fast friendly service.

On vacation we try to find unique places to dine at we can’t find at home in Texas. Out of the numerous places we have eaten, this is at the top of the list. Nestled in the downtown Florence Colorado area, Dana and Deborah prepare some amazing food. We both had the “Chicken Cluckadilla” and was absolutely the best quesadilla I’ve ever had. This is not your normal quesadilla and it’s served with home made chips and salsa. Food is prepared fresh to order. Gotta try it. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks Dana and Deborah
