Food is okay, service needs major help. We had a reservation and were seated promptly. We waited 35 minutes before our waiter made it to our table to take our drinks order. The ambiance is very nice, we loved it, it was actually our favorite part. There was a dj playing music which we thought was a nice touch. To find our waiter again to order our apps and meal was another mission. The waiter seemed overwhelmed and rushed. The appetizers arrived quickly and were actually better than the entrees. The pesto pasta was underwhelming and the spicy rigatoni had way too much tomato sauce. It does have a nice spice factor which I loved. We asked for the dessert menu but honestly nothing really caught our eye so we skipped dessert. Honestly I would come back for a drink at the bar but I think there are better Italian restaurants if you’re looking for good food.

Stopped by for a brunch on Sunday. Great vibe, nice setting. Got romaine salad, branzino and a cappuccino. Portions size is just right, not too big not too small. The salad was ok, the branzino was really good. I ordered a coffee to start with and went to the bathroom, meanwhile they brought my coffee but didn’t leave it on the table because the server didn’t want it to get cold while I’m not there. So they remade it. This was nice Will come back to experience full dinner menu.

Amazing customer service! It makes a difference! After having the worst customer service in the Hermès store. I decided to go to eat at Sofia and the entire staff was amazing. All welcoming and educated. The food is great! The atmosphere is nice and our server was the best.

What an underwhelming experience! Sophia’s has beautiful decor, very instagramable. However, that’s the ONLY thing it’s got going for it. Don’t let the perfectly curated esthetics fool you. This place has subpar service and terrible food.

The food was completely amazing!! The service and the attention. The ambiance was phenomenal. Everything that we ate was on point and all well worth the price. This is my new favorite place as I haven’t had this type of service and the food was so tasty!!!!! Our waitress Josie and her manager were very attentive to our party and all other guests in the restaurant. The manager, Mario, extraordinaire came around to all the tables and asked how everything was. The food, the drinks, the service, the cleanliness of the restaurant was the best!!

The restaurant is beautiful inside and out. The vibe and feel of the space is glam and girly and pretty. Sorry no pics but I’m sure you’ve seen plenty. My low stars are because the food was just OK. The flavor of my steak was good but it was chewy as were the potatoes, the Brussel sprouts (not pictured) were very undercooked and bitter. The pastas were the best out of everything but not worth going back for. I was really disappointed in the food. Our waiter also seemed annoyed by having to wait on us which to us was kinda funny but also made the experience not so great. He kept blaming the other wait staff on orders he forgot and when we asked for more Parmesan cheese he was like we already put some on the dish.

It tastes as delicious as it is sophisticated. They are classy and elegant. We had a mishap with a prepared item and the manger expedited the replacement and personally apologized. At least once you should end up at Sofia.

My boyfriend & I were shopping around after a meal in design district – we will usually grab coffee somewhere along the way so we decided to stop here for drinks. As I was speaking to hostess to ask for a table she stopped me & said this is an upscale restaurant insinuating that my bf and I did not belong…. & she also suggested he use the public restroom when indeed she didn’t even let me finish asking for a table. She said that not knowing the type of people we were,We are upscale & avid spenders. Unacceptable…. This restaurant was empty. Waiter didn’t even ask us how everything is. Sofia needs a lesson in customer service. Drinks tasted like dirt & cheese.

Food was great but our server Josie (I think that’s her name) was not. I can tell that the other servers were more attentive to their tables but she definitely was not. Restaurant was very slow and she hardly checked on our table between our 4 courses (Miami spice menu). Food was great but experience could have been much better for the $400 bill we received.
