Not much of a “warm welcome” from staff when we first walked in on a Monday evening despite that, the waiter did give us the opportunity to grab a bottle of wine from the spirit store next door. YES THEY ARE BYOB 🙂 which I love . Prices were great and this place is perfect for groups or even a date night. I enjoyed my food every much my husband thought that they could use a little more seasoning but all in all this place was nice.

The customer service was awful today! I am a regular at Sophia’s and today I had the worse interaction with the man who was handling take out. Not only was he rude but he was inconsiderate and spoke to me as if I didn’t matter. This especially hurt my feelings because after all of this the food was terrible. I called to try to resolve the issue of my food and he became very aggressive and loud. Moral of the story I have no lunch and I will not be going back, so thanks for that!

I have eaten here several times for dinner and it’s usually very good. This time, I went for lunch with a friend, & there was only another table of four in the restaurant. We had to ask for lemon three times before we finally got it, & when we got our bread, it was stale. I told the waiter, & he said Rick (the owner) is bringing fresh bread at 4 o’clock. Too late!! Fried calamari appetizer was good. The entrees were just ok. I had eggplant parm with spaghetti, & my friend had chicken franchese with escarole.

I recently hosted a private party for a joint 60th birthday at Sofia’s. It couldn’t have went better! Ricky, Jason and their team were extremely helpful with the success of the party. From rearranging tables for me, to setting up a drink station with all the BYOB wine, beer and Sangria I brought. Family style food for the large party of 50+ worked out wonderful! Salad, Penne ala Vodka Sauce, Meatballs, Mozzarella and Roasted Red Peppers, Stuffed Eggplant with Ricotta Cheese, Chicken Francese and Steak Giambotta, each course served hot and timely. All food was amazing. Thank you again to all the staff, Sofia’s was a great choice.

Delivery. Chicken piccata wasn’t very good. Sauce was bland. If the sauce isn’t good, it ruins the dish. If you can’t make a good chicken piccata as an Italian restaurant, not sure you’re in the right business.
