We were looking for a Mexican restaurant to eat at with friends and this place did not disappoint. The tortilla chips they hand out are meh but we didn’t come for that. It’s nice that they include them with 3 different types of salsas and different spiciness levels. I had the steak burrito and they filled this thing with a big portion of steak. My wife had the steak tacos and they also filled those up really nicely. The steak was well marinated, flavorful. They also had Victoria beers from Mexico. Would come again to enjoy a quick bite to eat

We LOVE Sofia’s Place! We have had them cater multiple birthday parties and everyone always raves about the food. One year it was my daughter’s birthday party they were catering, they brought her a sunflower and a bag of candy for her birthday. It was so sweet.

Decent taco, ok flan, food is overpriced. There are dozens of better mexican restaurants in the area. Biggest problem was service was bad, couldn’t even get a cup of water when asked (waitress said they only sell bottles of water but they had cups and a fountain machine?) Not coming back here ever again. $14 for one small taco a slife of flan. Not worth it.

We have been eating here for a few years now. I don’t have a bad thing to say about the food or service. Most of the time I get their steak fajitas and it is fantastic. I’ve had other dishes as well and no complaints here. Most recently we ordered through Door Dash and it was again excellent. It was packed nicely and it was like eating in the restaurant. Food was hot and fresh. Definitely try Sofias Place if your near Iisland Lake.

Such a cute little Mexican Restaurant. Very clean, and employees are amazing. Greeted within seconds of entering and given our menus and chips and salsa (3 different salsas) right away. It was awesome. And me and mom had a really good dinner and two sodas for $20. Definitely will be back!!!
