First time customer to So Fresh. I ordered the Mediterranean Salad w/garlic chicken. My salad had a ton of spinach, a ton of green peppers, NO FETA at ALL! I saw an extremely tiny bit of Feta crumbs where it looks like someone put feta there but then removed it! I ordered at the restaurant and made it to go. I didn’t open my salad until I got home and could not bring it back. I also didn’t have enough dressing. The dressing covered about half. My daughter also ordered a salad & had very little dressing for the very large amount of lettuce greens you get. The garlic chicken is pretty plain. It looks steamed & it’s cold, so thinking it’s not cooked on premises.

Went to the Carolwood SoFresh for the 1st time. As expected, my food was delicious. It was hot and exactly as I had ordered it. I ate the vegetable schiracha bowl with crispy tofu and my husband enjoyed the California bowl with citrus chicken. I have no complaints about the food or the price I paid for it.

SoFresh is always a great place to eat at, no matter which location you go to. You can trust that you’re eating clean. I recommend just about everything because I’ve tried everything from bowls, to salads to wraps. You cannot go wrong here! Even their cookies are amazing. The food is so tasty, filling and it feels great knowing I fed my body right.

I don’t usually complain but this was unacceptable quality. I ordered a wrap classic wrap with grilled chicken.. the lettuce was like frozen then thawed iceberg. The wrap was so soggy if fell apart in my hand and the worst part is the chicken was grey.

Great food, but the staff and place is a hot mess. I love this concept and the food is good, but Ive now gone 4 times (one eat in and 3 take out) and the staff is consistently rude and unsanitary. The reason I went to takeout is because it was such a displeasure to sit there in a place where nobody had cleaned all day and the girl behind the counter was not going to try. Then my last takeout prompted this review. The take out bags were there behind the counter and not in the takeout cubby holes. There was nobody behind the counter because she was too busy socializing with the cooks in the kitchen. After about five minutes of waiting, I decided to reach for the bag myself which prompted her to come out and give it to me. As I stood there waiting, I witness the chef sneeze into his hands, then wipe it on his shirt and proceeded to go back to work. Sad part is I really like their food but not sure I’m going back.

First time and last! I ordered the signature salad. I asked her if it’s going to be the exact same picture that’s on there she said yes I got one little slice of avocado versus what’s in the picture showing about five long slices. For what you pay, definitely not worth it! Table dirty. , it’s not worth it. I will definitely let everyone know my bad experience. I should’ve taken a picture and you would’ve seen that one little slice of avocado compared to what’s on the picture in the restaurant. Also in the front is very dirty. Full of cigarette butts looks very nasty. They need to be more presentable since they’re in the Carrollwood area. The server didn’t even attempt to make it right. Never again!!!

The lady who took my order to make my food was phenomenal, but my food on the other hand awful my kale was burnt so burnt that it was so crispy that the moment that the fork touched it all the burnt brownish blackish leafs just started to crumble, and considering that that was what majority of what was in the bowls, because there was barely any rice, barely any quinoa, nor any mushrooms when I ordered double the mushrooms will not be back in the future! The chef needs to learn how to cook!
