Delivery was an hour late though and the restaurant does NOT answer the phone. I called numerous times to see where my order was and I heard them pick up the phone and leave it off the hook after I called 10x so that it would stop ringing. Horrible customer service.

Lackluster at best. The dough was previously frozen. The “sausage” was generic. The cheese was ok. The pepperoni was there. All other ingredients were irrelevant … I expected more out of a highly rated pizza joint. I expected real and fresh ingredients…. I have no idea why they are so highly rated. I always order here,,the wings are amazing,,the reason I did not put 5 stars is almost every time I order a pickup order when I go to pick it up it is not ready and then they get my wings ready when I arrive,I’m ordering ahead so I can get in and out not wait when I get there,,most times my wings are just sitting in the wing holder over the fryer and then they shake them when I arrive ,,,this is not acceptable,,time is money and I have asked you numerous times to ,,,,have them ready!!!!I am not calling ahead to wait when I get there,,I am calling ahead so you have them ready,,,,,the lazy workers need to realize this is a service not a hangout spot
