I have been twice now and don’t know if I will ever go back. There were no available tables so we sat in the bar area in the front. First, it was EXTREMELY HOT . No one told us it was so hot. Most people were complaining, but they said it was bad insulation. Ummmm, fans please. The appetizer we got was great, but I have never had bad food there. We then put a dessert order in. The waitress never came back so 30+ minutes later we flagged a different server down to ask about it. It was never put in!!!!!! The entire time we were waiting we had nothing we were eating or drinking, but no one even checked on us. I definitely expect better service from a restaurant like this! There was no compensation or even apology from our original server.

I heard good things and the place is nice, people were friendly. Unfortunately they had a tiny flying insect problem at bar where one ended up in my carafe. For sushi in general, there was a time not long ago, where you got a massive roll for under $16. Today you get an okay roll that leaves you hungry for $20. I compare everything to D.O.M. Roll at Sunflower Cafe and the Crazy Ninja Roll at Ninja Sushi both in Brandon, FL. This was definitely below that standard.

I had reservations for tonight. Unfortunately, we left. The hostess was extremely rude. We waited at our table for almost 15 minutes and no one came and acknowledged us. When I asked the manager where we could park because there was no parking he responded with, “This is Med-City”. Completely unnecessary. We went down the street to superior Grill. There was parking great food and wonderful service. Don’t waste your time at this place
