One of the best chips and salsa appetizers I’ve ever had! The chips are so fresh and the salsa is impeccable with its spice that doesn’t burn your tongue, thereby making you want more – so that’s a win !!!

Found this place while taking a walk in Palm Springs with some friends. The strategically placed flight of margaritas caught our eye so we decided to get a table for 4. Happy hour was 2-6 pm. We had flights of margaritas and flights of mimosas. The drinks were delicious and excellently presented. The food ordered did not disappoint either. Servers were attentive and ambiance was great. I would definitely dine here again.

Very high quality ingredient’s restaurant. The shrimp is thick and juicy and I highly recommend it as an appetizer. The crab burrito is also very tasty and full of broth flavor as you bite into it. Atmosphere is great for both a party or a nice date night.

This place has it all. A beautiful location in downtown Palm Springs with views of the mountain and great people watching on Palm Canyon. The staff are all attentive and helpful. The food is top notch. We’ve eaten at Sol Agave around 6 times since it opened in Palm Springs and keep coming back. Everything we’ve had to eat has been delicious. They bring you incredible fresh made chips, salsa and beans when you arrive. The ceviche is our favorite and a good happy hour deal. The happy hour is great! The desserts are next level, try the flan or the butter cake – you will not be disappointed. The fresh ingredients, atmosphere, great staff and location make it the best bang for your buck restaurant option in town.

My wife and I were in Palm Springs yesterday for the Village Fest that happens every Thursday and we decided to have dinner at Sol Agave. We both had a blast. From the moment we got into the restaurant until we left, every step was a WOW moment. The service was superb, the cocktails were made as we like them. The appetizers were unique. We haven’t had Calamari Fryo so full of flavor, the Ceviche Ala Mesa too. For the main course we ordered Pollo AL Gusto and Tacos De Hongo. Every single dish was delicious, cooked to perfection, nice portions and the representation of each dish was like a masterpiece !!!

Sensational authentic Mexican food. The Carnitas were amazing, the Mole had the perfect amount of heat and the Ceviche was fresh and flavorful. The pork belly taco appetizer brought flavor to an all new level. Simply delicious a must try. House made Churros are a perfect ending to a fabulous meal.

Stumbled onto this restaurant while strolling down the main drag in Palm Springs and so glad I did. Amazing happy hour specials-tasty Margaritas. Yummy chips and salsa and bean dip with chorizo and a great bar experience. Will be back again and even try the location at LA Live.

Found this place by accident walking by and WOW! So glad I did. Everything is made fresh. Never frozen- and you can taste it. Whoever is in the back making each dish a masterpiece, I wish I could hug them. I hesitantly/jokingly got what I called the fanciest “Avocado Toast ever.” So many places mess it up, but let me tell you- I couldn’t get enough! LITERAL PERFECTION. Their chips and salsa are to die for. Even the refried beans are made from fresh beans. Easily the smoothest margarita I’ve ever had. It was the perfect mixture of sweet and sour. I will say if you hate them sweet, pick something else. I loved it though. Call me a girl. Everything down to their sour cream is house made.
